Hi Freddie,
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order. If you could email us at contact@retrosportsfactory.com, we’d be happy to show you the order thumbnail. Please note that we don’t alter any design after it’s placed on the website, so it prints exactly as you’ve typed.
All orders go straight to print, which is why we ask in the terms that you thoroughly check the design before submitting. The original order you placed was submitted with "parker" in the text. We can provide proof of this via email and would appreciate if you could consider updating your review once you see the evidence.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Retro Sports Factory

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re delighted to hear that you were happy with the print quality of your order 😊. We’re sorry to hear that you feel the microfiber is too thin. While we typically receive positive feedback on the lightweight nature of our toweling, we always strive to improve.
Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will share it with the wider team to help enhance our range.
