Stingy, bad quality clothing, terrible customer service
This company is a legit seller, but they will do everything they can to not refund you, even when you send in a return. It's been a couple of weeks of fighting to get my money back from them. Still fighting.
Their clothing is cheap and fake.
Not worth the time or stress for fast fashion.

SCAMMERS, THIEVES, CROOKS
SCAMMERS! They exploit what we Americans understand to be a "refund policy". God forbid you have an issue with your item such as mine not fitting, you will NEVER get your money back-only about a third of it, they act entitled by telling you like they're doing you some kind of favor when they tell you to KEEP THE ITEM (which didn't fit) or "donate it". Can you imagine how many "refund" request they get and how much money they're making because they are keeping a majority of YOUR money? THIEVES! These people believe giving a refund is only having to pay a small fraction of YOUR money back. DO NOT do business with these CROOKS. God forbid your order is not up to par, you will be giving them most of your money and stuck with an item that you can't use.

Horrible quality, hard to return
Horrible quality, horrible return policy. I spent $80 on 3 dresses and a romper. I ordered size small, even though I wear a medium. I'm losing weight. They were all way too big. Not for. Fitting like in the photo. They looked like crappy nightgowns. I asked for a return and they offered half of my money back. I declined and they insisted I couldn't get a full refund because of the high shipping costs. Offered me $54

Very poor
Very poor, ordered a hoody on Christmas day, heard nothing except an order confirmation. Was emailed on 6th January to say item was so popular that it is now on back order and I could choose another item and refund the difference or pay the extra. I don't want another item so have asked for a refund, no idea if it will come. The item in question is still currently advertised on the site for sale !!!

No order no proof of delivery repeated emails saying its been delivered it hasn't. I have 2 cameras and always in. Spoke to local carrier asked for refund same excuse its been delivered there is no proof of delivery!! Do not order from this company I have asked for a refund many many times not received ordered in October for xmas presents

Don't buy
Don't buy. Rgothic is refusing to provide me with details to ship non-fitting items back to them despite their FAQ stating explicitly that they accept returns, refusing to refund the items because "I still have them", then threatened me after I launched a PayPal claim.

I will never shop here again
I will never shop here again, beware they are scammers. I ordered from here I read the sketchy reviews but still decided to give them a chance. I placed my order and when I received the notification that my package had shipped out, I waited a few days before attempting to check it and when i did i could not find the site to track it on as it is some foreign site. I reached out to them to try and see where my package was and how long shipping takes and i did get a response. However, after determining that the item would not be here when i needed it to be and asked about the refund policy they told me they couldn’t tell me until i received the package. what type of company can’t tell you the refund policy before you receive it ? SKETCHY. i continuously asked for the refund people and got the same answer everytime. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE, i wish i would’ve followed my first mind. and on top of that i found the same shirt on amazon for cheaper and got it in 3 days.

I experienced what many others reported. I ordered a dress for a specific event with expedited shipping. I received the notice days later that it was out of stock and back ordered. They offered another item which I have no interest in. I requested a refund. We will see. DO NOT USE!

Buyer beware I ordered a dress and a swimsuit cover up and after 4 days it still hadn’t showed any shipping update. I reached out to customer service and they told me that these items were no longer available but I could just continue to wait or pick something else out and those were my only two choices. I demanded a refund immediately since I was sold items that were not available and it took me following up with them to even get that information

They have stolen a design from a small independent ETHICAL company which then of course raises the question how many of the other supposed 'original' designs have been stolen from other independent hard working companies???

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is a stolen design! Do not trust this company! If you want the original designer/clothing then visit the utterly fantastic Jambats site.
