What an incredible experience we had with these guys - from finding us a buyer off-market, to achieving one of the highest values in the road and overseeing the process diligently and professionally the entire time, even when things got a little hairy - huge thank you to Joseph and Natalie who are clearly the best in the game and a huge asset to Richard James. We can’t thank you enough!

Natalie was instrumental in securing our purchase for us. We were in a precarious position and she drove the process through to exchange contracts in record time. The chain would have collapsed if it wasn’t for her total professionalism and expertise. If only she had handled our sale too!

Richard James were professional, hard working, and efficient. Richard, Natalie, Joseph made the entire process easier for us and the agents were so friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer all the questions we had and had access to fantastic properties. They were really brilliant! We both sold a property as well as bought a property through them so we’ve seen both sides - I would highly recommend them!

We booked a house viewing with them on 1 november. The agent called and said she could not make the viewing as she was the only person available and had other things to do. So we drove and looked only to find the board up with STC on it.
So I assume it was sold but the agent was spinning us a story . I expect honesty but did not get it. They didnt cancel the computer generated texts on saturday asking us if we enjoyed the viewing. But clearly they did not tell the computer that it had been Stc. What a total pile of garbage. And they are posting envelopes asking us to put our own sale with them. Alanah Edwards is the branch manager . Well she must pull her socks up.

The agents are polite and responsive. as a landlord I have no hesitation in recommending them. Any requests are met with a 'can do' attitude and even the staff that are not in the lettings department take responsibility for a customer query if the right person can't be reached. Gemma is my agent and does a great job.

Richard James Old Town branch were recommended to me and although a little more expensive than others are well worth it. (you get what you pay for).
Everyone keeps you informed every step of the way with viewings till sold.

Going into the sale and purchase process for the first time, we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience with Natalie Leon of Richard James who’s the agent with our onward chain has far exceeded our expectations. She acts with a sense of urgency and professionalism that is rare to see. Not only is she on top of the purchase process, she’s also taken upon herself to oversee the sale of our property — something that our own agent and solicitors should have been responsible for but fell short. I honestly don’t know how things would have turned out without her as a driving force. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

Since walking in to Richard James in Wellingborough I had been heard about the type of property I wanted and had some viewings arranged with Stacey Carter who was very informative and anything she didn't know she would instantly email over as soon as she was back on the office after the viewing. She was also very honest in discussing all the properties viewed unfortunately I found a house with another estate agents but wanted to leave this review to say you would be in safe hands with Stacey Carter at Richard James.
