Ridleysmithtravels Reviews

Great service from Katie helping me book a holiday to Turkey. Will definitely use her going forward.

Once again, we have used Katie for booking a holiday, this one is very special as it’s Christmas 2026

We just gave Katie our criteria, not the easiest as we have so many preferences.
Within a couple of hours she had found a perfect holiday in Lanzarote, superb hotel, lots of extras that we would never have found for ourselves. Discount on drinks and duty-free on the flight, private transfer & perks in the hotel. We could not match the price that Katie was able to get for us.

After years of booking our own holiday, this definitely takes all the stress and strain away, Katie is so professional and nothing is too much trouble.

I had told Katie I was looking at a particular hotel in Lanzarote for a Xmas break. Within no time she had found what I was looking for. Soon after she had created an amazing package for us. I asked Katie to make the booking. All in a couple of hours. The package included lots of little extras and perks that you would not normally get. Katie’s professionalism is outstanding, she just makes it so easy to book. Would recommend 100%

Cannot thank Katie enough for her assistance booking a getaway for my partners birthday.
She didn’t just meet expectations she exceeded them and has found accommodation that fits all of our criteria so perfectly with added bonuses within the location to incorporate our love of animals.

The icing on the cake was truly the option to have the accommodation decorated adding that extra special thought and touch to our experience!

If you’re looking for someone who not only listens, sources a great deal but goes above and beyond… look no further than Katie!

Katie did an outstanding job organising our trip to Skiathos, Greece. From start to finish, everything was planned perfectly and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

The hotel Katie recommended was stunning, with beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and a truly luxurious feel. Every detail seemed to have been carefully considered, making our stay incredibly enjoyable.

One of the highlights of the trip was the boat excursion she arranged. It was a fantastic way to explore the crystal-clear waters and hidden coves around Skiathos, and it created some of our favourite memories from the holiday.

Katie's knowledge, attention to detail, and personal service made the entire booking process effortless. She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered a holiday that was both seamless and unforgettable.

I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a luxury travel experience and will definitely be booking with her again in the future.

If you're considering booking with Katie, don't hesitate – she is exceptional. Katie planned the most incredible trip to the Champagne region of France for us, and every single detail was flawlessly organised from start to finish. She found us a stunning château with both indoor and outdoor pools that completely exceeded our expectations, arranged fantastic private drivers throughout our stay, secured amazing vineyard tours, and even booked outstanding restaurants, meaning we could simply relax and enjoy every moment.
What really sets Katie apart is the care, thought and attention she puts into every aspect of the itinerary. Everything ran seamlessly, and it was clear how much time and effort had gone into creating such a personalised experience. It genuinely felt effortless from our perspective because Katie had thought of absolutely everything.
This was a dream trip that created memories we'll never forget, and we couldn't have done it without her expertise. Thank you, Katie, for bringing our vision to life and delivering such an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to book our next adventure with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a truly first-class travel planner.
