I was using their service to check out a new broadband supplier. The Web site told me nothing but they called me with a sales pitch within 30 seconds and offered me a contract that was not suitable.
Waste of my time. Not really a comparison site

Was told broad band would cost £15 monthly with a £19.99 conection charge..this is not true..the charge of £15 is only for 6 mnth period it then goes up to £ 30 monthly..so im cancelling this with virgin today under 14 day cooling of period..please read the documents /download of contract sent to you by savely..important clarity of what your realy agreaing to.. not just what savely adviser tells you
This has caused me more problems to cancel and contact my original provider not to end .

The services provided by this company regarding the broadband switch that I discussed with a member of the team on 24th May 2023. Despite my telephone conversation with one of the representatives, where it was assured that our broadband would be switched from Vodafone to Virgin, this transition has not occurred, leading to double billing and unnecessary financial strain on my part.

I placed my trust in Savely.com as a reputable provider to handle the transfer of our broadband services smoothly. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory. The lack of follow-through on them has not only resulted in continued usage of the previous broadband service but has also left us in a frustrating situation where we are being billed for both Vodafone and Virgin services simultaneously. This not only creates unnecessary financial burden but also showcases a lack of professionalism and integrity on the part of your company.

I am deeply disappointed by this level of service, which has caused inconvenience and financial strain. I email the company to request that they rectify this situation immediately to ensure this does not happen to others, however my email bounced back.

Furthermore, I urge Savely to review and enhance its internal processes and communication channels to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. It is imperative that other customers do not fall victim to similar discrepancies, inconvenience, and financial burdens due to this company.

I expect a response to this complaint and a resolution to the issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will be compelled to seek further recourse, including escalating this matter to relevant consumer protection authorities and sharing my negative experience with others through online platforms and social media.

Very helpful polite explained everything clearly so I knew what was what very pleased with the service I got thank you.

The lady on the phone was polite but didn't do what I asked. Promises of £1 connection fee turned into £60 and when I distinctly asked that their be no subscription or account started I found that it had been set up prior to getting any router etc. It was up to me to sort out the cancellation and they had contacted my present service provider to stop my present number. Also she agreed to postpone the start up date for a week later. A few hours later I got a text from Talk Talk that they were going to set up on the original date quoted. Highly inconvenient!. Please don't get trapped. Avoid like the plague.

The service I received today was excellent very helpful and understanding of my broadband needs. Everything explained clearly and understandable.

Everything was quickly eranged. I was looking for Broadband and Talk Talk was the only one that responded and contacted me. In the 30 minutes that everything was explained and set up , I was satisfied that everything was explained in a clear discussion . The woman I spoke to was clear and straight to the point . With out I've been left with out any questions .I was 100 % informed and left with out any questions

After trying to deal with three of the so-called major broadband suppliers I found in Savely/Computer Choices the voice of reason and positive recommendation for the handling of Super Fast Broadband and a retained telephone land line.
Thank goodness for common sense and the understanding of Customer Service.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency my switching wifi has been dealt with by a helpful and polite representative.

Be careful! I was told that they will cancel my original agreement and transfer to TalkTalk and it turns out they didn't cancel my existing supplier, even though TalkTalk took over the line. I now have two bills to pay for this month and I am told that I might get the original bill paid but first I have to cancel and settle it myself. It's taken ages today to try to resolve and you can't get to "speak" to anyone nowadays - all by chatbot and it's very frustrating.
