I was so disappointed with this company I only got my garden tiles from this company someone recommended RightTiles in Wembley I couldn’t get in touch by phone so I called Watford I bought my tiles from there, I had a delivery date I was promised never happened my tiles came next day, no primer was delivered that day from then the problem never stopped, I would give them — 0 Star, I would not recommend any body to purchase from them ☹️☹️☹️, they is so much more—-

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Right Tiles Wembley. I chose to support a local business, despite having used the same large tile retailer in Park Royal for over 10 years without a single issue.

After spending a significant amount on flooring from Right Tiles, we experienced multiple cracks and breakages. When we raised these concerns with the store, we were given several different explanations, including that the issues were due to our builders and that tiles are now made thinner. We have used the same builders for over 10 years across multiple properties and have never experienced these problems before.

Since December 2025, I have repeatedly contacted Right Tiles’ customer service regarding the quality issues, sending at least 10 emails over the past six months. I have received absolutely no response or follow-up. The customer service telephone number is also not in service. This makes it virtually impossible to speak to anyone, raise a complaint or have an issue escalated. We were even told in store that the emails “just come back” to them.

We were then advised on a replacement tile and purchased four boxes, only to discover once home that they were not a colour match. When we returned the unused tiles, we were initially told that we were not entitled to a refund. We referred to the store’s own terms and conditions regarding returns, but the store manager, Yash, was extremely resistant to providing the refund. We were given hypothetical examples about what percentage would apply if we had purchased different quantities, and had to repeatedly ask where these conditions were actually stated.

We also asked to speak to someone senior or obtain contact details for his manager. Initially, we were repeatedly told that there was nobody higher up and that they were the manager of the store. After we continued to request escalation, a private telephone call was eventually made from the back of the store. When I questioned why the call could not be made in front of us, I was told that it was their “personal space”. The whole situation felt extremely uncomfortable and lacked transparency. Eventually, after considerable discussion, Yash agreed to a 60% refund and told us that if the area manager did not respond to our email within five working days, he would arrange a full refund.

We subsequently contacted the area manager(Kunal) using the email address provided by Yash and waited five days as advised — and, once again, received no response.

We then returned to the store, only to find that Yash had moved to another branch and the new staff understandably had no knowledge of our situation. We were told that they would chase both Yash and the area manager and get back to us. We were then told Kunal hasn’t received our email (despite evidence in my inbox).

At this point, I am left wondering how a large retailer can have such a complete breakdown in customer service and complaint handling. I have been trying to resolve this matter for approximately nine months, with repeated emails receiving no response, a customer service telephone number that does not work, no meaningful follow-up, and repeated difficulty getting the matter escalated.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. I chose Right Tiles because I wanted to support a local business, and I genuinely regret that decision. Having purchased tiles and flooring for multiple properties over the past ten years, I have never experienced this level of poor communication, lack of follow-up or difficulty resolving a genuine customer complaint.

I would now like to escalate this matter directly to the owner/director of Right Tiles. I believe they should be made aware of how this complaint has been handled and the level of customer service being provided to customers.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Right Tiles.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Right Tiles Croydon. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find the right tiles.

I had quite a specific idea of what I wanted for my bathrooms and outdoor area, and after visiting several other tile showrooms, I still hadn’t found anything that really stood out. Right Tiles had exactly the quality and style I was looking for, with a great choice to choose from.

The tiles look fantastic and the quality has been excellent. What really made the difference, though, was the customer service. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, patient and professional, and I never felt pressured into making a decision.

I’ve already returned for more tiles for my outdoorproject, which says a lot about how happy I’ve been. I would definitely recommend Right Tiles Croydon to anyone looking for quality tiles and a team that actually cares about their customers.

I purchased tiles from Right Tiles for both my kitchen and bathroom and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful and took their time to help me choose the right tiles to complement the décor in each room. There was no pressure or rushing, and their advice made the whole process of deciding much easier.

Really pleased with the quality of the tiles, the service and the overall experience. Excellent customer service and a great selection to choose from. Would definitely recommend Right Tiles and would happily use them again.

We've got tiles for 2 bathrooms and our garden and they have a fantastic range of high quality tiles to choose from. The team are so helpful and have so much patience giving you great advice and guidance to help make the best choices.

We used Right Tiles’ shower room tiles and are extremely happy with our choice. The tiles are excellent quality, stylish and beautifully glossy, giving the shower room a modern and elegant look. They are also durable and very easy to clean and maintain. Overall, a great combination of quality, style and practicality.
