My partner and I attended the Chingford branch at Hall Lane. From the beginning of choosing floor and wall tiles all the staff impressed us with their knowledge of colour schemes and attention they gave. Emir went the extra mile by offering to request out of stock tiles that would compliment our new bathroom. I'm giving them 4/5 for the pre-sales and professionalism. I'll leave another review based on the delivery of the tiles we purchased but so far wonderful business and service.

Jake at Staples Corner gave me a 5 Star service and a nice discount , he carried the heavey load to the car and was most charming . Many thanks

My husband was served by Paulina and Neil, and we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service.

Paulina was absolutely amazing. My dad was guiding my husband over the phone while he was in the store, and there was a language barrier as my dad speaks Polish. Paulina went above and beyond and translated the whole conversation without hesitation. She was incredibly patient, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.

She also helped us choose the right products for my dad and made sure everything was clear and understood.

Amazing customer service from both Paulina and Neil, but a special thank you to Paulina for going the extra mile. We truly appreciated her help and kindness. Highly recommended!

The Absolute Best Service From Paulina & Jake!

I am 63, old school & what you would consider a nightmare customer who is extremely indecisive about what he wants/likes & get easily conflicted about things - one moment I want this tile & the very next another & the process is in a never ending recurring loop.

Despite this (which would force most people into therapy) I received nothing but absolutely outstanding service & attention from both Paulina & Jake - not just once but many multiple times - I was aware that I was being extremely demanding & indecisive which must have been beyond frustrating for both Paulina & Jake but they handled it all like true champions - never lost their cool, always extremely helpful & kind & in a totally honest, helpful & most sincere way - if the situation was reversed & someone did that to me there was no way I or most would act the same - my indecisiveness really made me a nightmare customer across many visits for them both.

Paulina is an absolute Angel - such an helpful, kind & genuine person for which nothing was too much trouble & Jake, I was amazed at how open minded & mature he was about not just tiles but other life & social topics. Both of these outstanding individuals are only about 20 years of age which blew my mind - that at such a young & formative age they were so knowledgeable & very sincere & genuine with such well refined natures & characters - tbh, they were more mature & sincere than many of the established adults I come across & the general attitude of most others of their age group in society these days.

I went to nearly every single tile shop I could find & was very lucky to have finally & eventually after very long & arduous searches, found the EXACT tiles I was looking for only at Tiles DIY - very hard to do when one has no clue & cannot describe what they want but will only know if by chance they somehow come across it! I was even more luckier to have been then been served & looked after by Paulina & Jake & I really genuinely wish the very best for both of them for helping me achieve what no other Tile company could.

If the owners/CEO of Tiles DIY ever gets to read this, please look after both Paulina & Jake for they are your future assets & recognise how well they represent your company - Give them a Promotion, Raise or Bonus of some kind - They deserve it!

I received an excellent service while choosing tiles for the refurb projects in my home. Oli was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. He offered thoughtful recommendations that suited my needs, and I was very grateful for his help. His expertise and friendly manner made all the difference.

Worse than useless - ordered tiles online for delivery on 17th July, no delivery, no updates, can't get through over the phone, no-one responds to emails - absolutely shocking! Will never use again.

Great tiles, But did you really need to delivery 3 small boxes on a pallet, dumped on the pavement?? No tracking as pallet company just kept sending blank emails. Now left with a pallet to get rid of!!

I had a fantastic experience at Tiles DIY. The customer service was top-notch, specifically thanks to Uthman. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me with everything I needed across all areas of the store. Every shop needs someone like him around—definitely a top bloke. I’d highly recommend this place!

Placed order online and paid via BACS as requested and sent email to confirm payment and delivery. Followed up just before delivery to be advised that order had not been processed and wouldn't be arriving as agreed and planned for works. Only reason given was sorry order wasnt processed. Awful customer service. Do not touch or use

2 weeks later still no delivery despite paying £30 delivery. Only the tiles turned up not the backer boards, complained 3 times still heard nothing back. Disgusting. £70 out of pocket!

Bounds Green branch -excellent customer service from Ayaz and Oliver, who were very knowledgeable, patient and professional in providing advice on my tiling project. They were also super lovely with it even carrying all my goods to my car. I would strongly recommend this store.

Got to say some of the best customer service I have seen. You know the true value of a company when issues pop up. We ordered some tiles and the work started a few weeks later. We discovered we wouldn't have enough tiles and they had been clearance tiles. The team at @boundgreen rang around and managed to source enough and then have them transported for different branches to a single branch for collection. Keeping me in the loop all along to get this solved. Massive thanks to Oli

I purchased tiles from this shop to use as a backsplash. I chose and paid for tiles advertised as being 1 centimeter thick, but the boxes of the tiles I’ve received clearly labeled them as 0.74 centimeters thick which is also labeled on the box. This means I effectively received something different from what I chose and paid for. While the tiles look similar, their properties, including quality and thickness, are noticeably different, and this is disappointing. The tiler couldn’t use the edge trim that I’ve supplied as it was for 10mm tiles.
That said, the staff at the shop were amazing and very helpful, making the situation even more surprising. Overall, I’m disappointed with the tile quality.Try to stay away from tiles made in Turkey - ask any tiler. I didn’t…
Sent an email to look for a resolution but they didn’t bother to reply 3 days later.
Edit: the reply below mentions the tolerance of 3mm which sound ridiculous and might apply to the pack of tiles itself and what’s inside the pack. While the pack has label that specifies 0.74cm thickness how can the industry allow the seller to advertise it as 1cm.

I recently purchased tiles form the Luton branch and I have to say that the tiles and prices are very good but the main reason I would 100% recommend and use tile diy again is the customer service, we dealt with a few of the guys in the shop and all of them were amazing and professional and was willing to help in every way, Thanks for all your help.

please add some filters to your website, I'm so frustrated scrolling through pages and pages of tiles and you can't even filter between matt and gloss

I can highly highly recommend. So professional I can not fault them. There was an error on our banks part which paid twice I panicked obviously, I called at 7.30am spoke to Steve the store manager he knew straight away it had been paid twice. Within in three hours it had been refunded into our account. Honestly I am so impressed. I can’t thank you enough.
