The shoes are amazing! Would have got 5 stars if shipping was faster, if tou need quick give it 6 weeks. Very well made and comfortable!

Total scam. The shoes are a piece of crap. The size that they say they are plan on them being three size smaller in their policy they said for defective items that they will do a full refund that is not true. Everybody gets the same emails saying that it will cost them $30 to send it back bad reviews all over the Internet people have the exact same stories beware horrible horrible company report them to every online review site or Better Business Bureau. You can better yet don’t buy from them.

The quality worst than which I can find in China taobao!

I’m a nurse practitioner, which requires me to have comfortable shoes and casual attire. Well these shoes does both, and I’m so pleased with my purchase, I will get the other 2 colors

Riley River Shoes look great in photos, but when they arrive, they are very poor quality, made in China. Customer service is iffy, they will give you a slight refund, if you keep them. I shouldn’t have given in. I never wear them, took a few pairs to a cobbler to see if I could have them dyed and they said that the quality is too cheap to dye. So I’m stuck with shoes I’ll never wear. Big waste of my money and time. Buyers Beware!

I ordered shoes. They were beautiful but sizing not right, way to small. Would have liked to exchange but have called and emailed over 6 times, NO RESPONSE. After reading other reviews, which I should have done first. Will never ordered again...SCAM.
Unless you know the retailer Never ordered on line. So many scams. I dont know why these cant be shut down. Such a shame our world has come to this.

The day after my shoes arrived I contacted Riley River via support@ for a return followed by 4 more email attempts. No response so I contacted AMEX to dispute the charge. AMEX contacted Riley River and they told them I never contacted them. I sent AMEX a copy of the 4 emails I had sent and then Riley River said they sent a return authorization which they never did.

I love the fit, the comfort, the look.
Everything about this shoe is absolutely stunning, and elegant. The shipping was pretty fast, too.

These shoes look great, they took forever to get here. They have a very unusual odor, that I hope goes away.

There s no answer on there customer service line. I send emails to cancel my order. No answer. I seem like a scam when there is no answer either vía email or phone.

RileyRiver does not clearly disclose its return policy. During checkout, there is no mention that returns must be shipped to Turkey. This information is only revealed after you request a return.

The return address does not match the seller’s billing location, and the cost of international shipping is higher than the value of the items themselves. This makes returning products practically impossible and financially unreasonable.

Instead of honoring a full refund, the seller offered only a partial discount. This feels like an unfair practice designed to discourage returns.

If the true return conditions had been disclosed upfront, I would not have placed this order. Buyers deserve transparency before making a purchase.

Cute shoes! Normal sizing. Love the colors

They are so beautiful! Quality leather. They look just like the ad. Absolutely love them.

This company is a rip off with poorly made clothes, incorrect labeling in advertising(material content incorrect) poorly sewn, expect when washed, will shrink, be off bias, unable to wear! They are the opitamy of throw away garments. No labels of content, origin, etc. Overpriced!! Will never! Buy from them again.

A complete scam. I paid $119.00 by credit card. It shows they are located in Orlando Fla.

It is a month and the tracking on GOFO was from China. The package never made it to the US.

I have emailed requested a refund 5 times. First was when I saw day 9 still in China had not moved. I felt this was misrepresenting a US company.

I never received and I get no responses. Zero.

I do get a lot of bad spam to the email used. Scams and adult content.

I was hesitant to purchase from a company in China. However, other than the length of time to deliver, I have had an excellent experience. I love the style of the shoes and love even more the kitten heel. The straight across the top of your foot style also caught my eye. It will take a few wears to break them in. I bout the brown leather. The pair of shoes is high quality and I will be purchasing additional pairs.
