Only giving 1 star as unable to leave 0. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. As with everyone else, advertises books as hardcover but then send E-book and argue constantly whilst refusing to refund.
DO NOT USE!

I wish I'd read reviews before I oreded. I too have been sent a link to a download and have been waiting for my hardcover book to be delivered. No mention of the purchase only being for a download. I have messaged customer services and am waiting for a reply.

AVOID - LIKELY A SCAM

I ordered a book that was advertised by the seller as hardcover. On purchase the site advertised free U.K. delivery and estimated delivery date 1 week after purchase.

On following up with the site after the book did not arrive they have told me that I purchased an eBook and refuse to refund me upon request.

Nowhere on the site or during the purchase process was the book advertised as an eBook and I can see the product still clearly advertised as a hardcover.

Unfortunately, given the other reviews here, I believe this site might be intentionally misleading and acting fraudulently.

Like everyone else, book described as hard back. But it's a pdf. They obviously know what they're doing.

Scam website. DO NOT BUY - the product description of the book (Always Remember by Charlie Mackesy) clearly said "Hardcover" but when purchased came as an ebook. They refused to refund me. This is a complete scam.

Avoid!!! Buy elsewhere!
They advertise and sell books like they are physical books, but then just send a download link instead.
For the product I ordered it said the format was hardcover, but then I just received a download link.
Misleading selling, sending you products that don't match what they sell you.
**update** they eventually promise a refund if you email them a few times and refuse to accept them fobbing you off - unfortunately their dishonesty continues because no refund is ever received...I'm still waiting a month later!

Expected an actual book to arrive in the post. It was actually a download. This was not mentioned anywhere when ordering from their website. Leave them well alone!!!

I can only agree with and confirm all the previous reviews (which had I found earlier, I would NOT have used this company). The website clearly states hardback book and lists the number of pages and free shipping. I have received a link to an ebook. I have not used this link. I am now in the process of claiming a refund and will see if and when they respond. Will take up with my credit card company otherwise.

Clearly fraudulent. The download they provided was of a brand new title that certainly wouldn't have been authorised by the publisher.

If you're reading this and have been duped by this site, take the time to contact the publisher of the book you were trying to buy, and tell them about it.

Same as all other reviews. Ordered what I thought and clearly described in the description as a hardback book but received a download link. When queried they said I have brought a download link and they cannot do refunds on downloads! Very, very misleading. I am still trying to email for a refund.

Ordered a book from here as it was on sale. Format: Hard cover
Offered free UK shipping, further implying that it was a physical copy being purchased. They sent me a pdf but on the email it also said that my order was being processed so I questioned it with their support. I requested a refund and it was denied because I ordered a digital product. Their terms don't supercede your consumer rights so don't let them fob you off. They're preying on victims not fighting back by the looks of things. I haven't heard back for a few days so proceeding with a charge back with the bank as the product received is clearly not as described. Stay clear.

Same as other reviews- ordered what was described as a hardback book, no mention of digital download until the confirmation email, they then try to fob you off by saying they don't offer refunds until you threaten with trading standards at which point they " cancel" the order and refund. Having just checked my paypal, worryingly they charged more than the grand total in the first place! My order was 7.50 but the amount taken (and refunded) was £9. Total scam company. Don't accept their first computer generated answer that you can't be refunded, if you push and tell them what they are doing is against consumer rights you will then get a refund.

An absolute scam. They advertise they are selling you a hardback book and you will receive an e book. I wish I had customer reviews before ordering the book. After multiple e mails I was sent a form to fill in for a refund but on sending it back. It has been resent multiple times on a loop. I will be taking it further. Do NOT ORDER from this company.

Wish I’d checked out the reviews before purchasing exactly the same as everyone else. The format says hardback however they claim it’s an ebook. Even though no where on there website does it state they on sell ebooks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a ''hardcover'' ( hard back ) book from them as advertised on their website. i received an email which confirmed my order - along with a link to download an ebook copy....I queried this and was advsied that i had placed an order for a download - so no refund !! I have a screenshot of the actual book on their website which clearly shows it as a ''hard cover'' book and not a download. This is a scam company run by a guy in Poland using a convenience address on an industrial site in Walsall....They also own another online busines called SALOMINO also based in Poland. The credit card transaction was shown as SALOMINO in dublin !!! AVOID - AVOID AVOID -- SCAMMERS

This is a scam. They advertise physical books (the website actually goes out of its way to state that it's a hardcover). What you actually get is a download link for a PDF file. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Don't touch with a barge pole. Same as everyone else. Ordered what was described as a hard back physical book only to receive a download link. Lots of denials by the company and refusals of a refund until threatened with action under the consumer rights act of 2015. Finally got a refund. Please note they also said they do not do physical books just downloads, however their website still misleads you into thinking you are ordering a hard copy. Steer well clear

I too wish I had read reviews. Ordered hardback and told i had ordered ebook. Sent three emails, it wasn't until I said they were miss-selling and I would report them to Trading Standards that they said I could have a refund. I have now received a full refund from them. Don't buy from these people.

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering a book as a Christmas gift! On their website it clearly stated that i was purchasing a new hard cover book, with free delivery. Waited a week & when the book had not arrived I emailed Rilonson for an update - they replied quickly stating that I had ordered an Ebook, which I had not & have screenshots to confirm this. They stated that they only sell Ebooks. After sending a strong email back, I have received a reply confirming that they will refund within 24 hours ..... we shall see! This was a very small amount of money, which I can always recover via chargeback from my credit card issuer, but I just hope this review may stop people before they order. I have also reported Rilonson Ltd. to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Ordered a hardback book but when chasing order told it was an ebook. Told I cannot get a refund! No mention of ebook when purchasing. Blatant false advertising and from the other reviews looks like they continue to do so even after it has been brought to their attention. I will be perusing a refund and escalating as necessary till I get my money back. Do not buy from this company!
