A well designed scam website making you think you buy a physical book but you get a link to download. There are a few if these websites around now.

As everyone else says there ebooks but doesnt say that

Same as everyone else here, I always check reviews and didn't this one time! Ebook sent even though it was stated as a hardback. So annoyed with myself!
Update... In contact with company, explained how it doesn't say anywhere on website about the books being e books and it being false advertising, threatened to report them and have received a refund .

Wish I could give zero. Website stated I was buying a hardback and even stated delivery would be in one week. Absolute scam. Sent me and ebook and they say they can’t return. Not sure how to take them to small claims court ?

It’s a scam!! Do not use!
Same story as the other reviewers. Ordered two books advertised as hardbacks that would be posted free of charge but get a download link in the confirmation of order! It’s a real con. I have emailed the company for a refund and will update when / if they reply.
Update 05/12/25 - sent email using support email address at bottom of confirmation of order requesting a refund. That was declined. Email came from answerquesti..Told them I would raise the issue with trading standards, Google and my bank and they agreed a refund. Email came back saying - To request a cancellation, please complete the following form:

I did this for both books and they agreed a refund but I only had payment back for 1 book. Completed request again and then had refund for second book.

Be aware, this is a serious scam. They don't sell books, they sell ebooks. If you call them to report the dispute, they don't take calls but they will charge you 0.87 for each call.

Should have checked here first .. exact same, advertised as a hard copy of a book .. I even have photo evidence .. but sent as an ebook .. which I can do nothing with as it's for my mum and she doesn't do e-books. I have emailed them and currently waiting for a reply .. will update review on reply from the company.

As others have said the description of the book says the format is hardcover however when you've paid for it they send a download version and refuse a refund.

Should have read these reviews before purchasing. Advertised a hardback book, receieved a download link, which I supsect is not legit. Avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I’d seen these reviews before buying on this disreputable sight. Same as all the others, purchased a book advertised as hardback, no email confirmation received, and definitely no ebook either.
Several emails sent complaining and I have just been told to check my spam.
Please do not use

I wish I had read these honest reviews as I have had exactly the same experience. I thought I had ordered a hardback book on their site with free shipping however on chasing up anticipated delivery was advised it was an e book and they don’t sell actual books! Nowhere on their site is this explained. It has taken lengthy email correspondence for them to respond and confirm I can request a refund. This I have done but I’m not holding my breath!
UPDATE refund received.

I purchased a book and when I got the order through, it included a link. I found this odd so I contacted the company to ask when the book would be arriving. They said that I have purchased an ebook and would not be getting a physical book. There is no mention anywhere on the website of it being an ebook, the email confirmation does not mention ebook (only indication is the link), it states that they are giving free delivery, the terms and conditions tell you the time scales for actual delivery and still no mention of ebook.

It’s a scam. Nowhere does it tell you you are purchasing an ebook. They state free delivery. You think you are getting a book but it’s a link to an ebook. I’ve contacted for a refund. I’ve been told all sales are final. No refunds. I’ve not even downloaded the book! It was a gift for my mum! Funnily enough can’t even find the book on their website now. Beware.

Ordered a book, filled in delivery address etc, then find a download link in order confirmation. Turns out you're ordering an ebook, but at NO POINT does the website tell you this! It completely fools you into thinking you're ordering a physical book. Now they're saying all sales are final, no refunds which is completely unacceptable.
This has got to be unlawful!

I didn't realise the books on their website were not real hardback books and ordered one. When I realised it was an online book, I contacted them through the number on their website, which told me I had to contact them by email. No one has responded to my email requesting a refund. I have raised an issue regarding this.

Also the phone number on their website is Premium Rate number.

Buyer beware! I made a purchase for a book only to realise (after payment) that the book was an ebook and not the actual physical book! Emailed customer service to say that this was misleading as at no point, it was mentioned that the book advertised was an ebook , only to get am email explaining how to download the ebook. I don’t want an ebook, I just want a refund!
Very disappointing!

I bought a book from their website. At no point do they state that it is an e book. This review is to warn others - they do not say books are not actual physical books and do not offer refunds. They are cheats as far as I am concerned. UPDATE - after this review on Trustpilot they said they CAN offer a full refund!!! Too late unfortunately as I sent the e book to a friend. So they can have 2 stars instead of 1.
