El pasado 5 de marzo, les hice un pedido. Tras varios e-mail reclamando el pedido me contestan que el tiempo de envio es de 5 a 50 dias, despues me dicen que son dias habiles. Y por ultimo hoy me dicen que el pedido ha sido devuelto y que para poder enviarlo me piden copia de mi pasaporte.

Lost item refund
My experience was both professional and efficient. I ordered the wrong part for my car, tried to return it from the states, the US Postal Service lost it and Rimmer Bros refunded my loss, even though it was not their fault or responsibility. Emily was especially helpful in making it all work.

Self-important, clueless, EXTREMELY RUDE, female staff. Well, that about sums up Rimmer Bros' so-called Customer Services department. Never have I experienced the like of it 😡!!!

Firstly I want to say Kudos to the team at Rimmer bros. The wrong parts were ordered and as I live in Canada, returning the items weighing 30 lbs would not be cost effective. But Rimmer bros. said they would replace the parts without question. My special thanks to Martin and Emily. I will order all future parts for my 1988 2 door RRC from this company knowing they stand behind their product
very disappointed
very disappointed. So i ordered 2 parts 8 days ago and paid over the phone. well 8 days have past and no parts arrived. so i have now phoned them up, they asked for my name, they couldn't find me on their system so then they asked for my postcode, they couldn't find me on their system they then asked for my email which they should know because they had emailed me prior 2 or 3 times so i gave them my email they still couldn't find me on their system. So i told them the day i ordered them who i spoke with what the parts were and the bank card time and date. Ow hello yes they courier has made a mistake so we will send you the 2 parts at our cost... Hello its not at Rimmers cost i paid for them. if my company would have been so inept I would have held my hands up and said very sorry we have messed up, we will send you the parts today and a 50% refund as a good will gesture. My advice is use a company that has better feed back than rimmer Bros i think their feed back is 2. something. very poor

Rimmer buyer beware
Rimmer advertises special on MG Rover antenna advertised as fitting MGTF. Part doesn't fit MGTF unless you change and buy a new cable and antenna base which is no longer available. So the antenna is useless. Rimmer will accept a return but charge a 15% restocking fee on top of the expensive air mail and packing paid to send me the item and the airmail to return the item. Summary: I end up paying much more than the sum refunded.

Great service fast response to order. Ordered a part for my rover from Australia and it turned up very quickly.
Great service and process
I ordered a side view mirror for a Triumph Spitfire. Ordering online was easy, it arrived quickly though a part was defective on it. One quick call to their person on their customer service line (thank you Kieran) and a new mirror was sent out, which was good. Thank you for your great service!
In a pinch
Had most of the parts I needed. One arrived damaged, and the rest were just slow to arrive, annoying considering the cost of postage. Most miffed by my back order part being dispatched just as it was discounted, but charged the higher price.

Ordered brake parts for a Defender to give myself two weeks before an MoT.
Half the parts turned up, the other half on back order. Was told I would get them the following week.
Spoke to them the following week, parts are in but the warehouse is too busy to sort the delivery. Ridiculous and the parts turned up 2 weeks after the first half. Too late and no interest in helping.
Unhelpful
I ordered a brake caliper carrier for a Land Rover Disovery. There website does not have the facility that allows you to enter your registration number, so I had to enter the manufacturer, model, year etc. I paid for next day delivery only to receive the wrong part when it arrived. Apparently it was for the 2.7L Diesel and not the 3.0L diesel. I rang and spoke to the, only to be met with lethargy and a complete reluctance to be helpful. I am now using a different supplier and will think long and hard before using Rimmer Bros again.
Rip Off Duties
This review is most important if you live in the USA.
After ordering 4 wire wheels with an additional 258 UKP for shipping by DHL, i then got a bill for custom duties from DHL FOR $681.09. The UK/US government has agreed a 10% tariff so how does my tariff /duty come to close on 50% of the order value.
I was not aware of the duty to be paid until i got my invoice and yes there in the very small print was mention of duty to be paid.
I decided to return the wheels before taking delivery but Rimmer was then going to charge me duty on the returned items, so i get screwed either way.
If you live in the USA, DO NOT order anything from Rimmer.
Not going there.
This meant to be more a comment about RB and the negative reviews. Hey reviewers - thanks so much for the reviews. I was prepared to make a $1200.00 purchase but after reading some of the reviews, homie ain't there. I am not going to put myself through that agony. Thank-you.

Appalling
I am based in Portugal and since Brexit have experienced delays in receiving goods from outside the EU. Prior to ordering I contacted Rimmer Bros, explained the situation and was assured that they offer an efficient and prompt service for this situation. I placed my order and paid. On 18th March I received a message saying py order had been sent. To this day (2rd June) I have not received anything. I have repeatedly contacted Rimmer Bros without satisfaction. In May I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was told this was not possible. Any business with public interface relies heavily on it's staff, I believe Rimmer Bros should be very comcerned at this time. I have since ordered the same part from Betaset in France and received it in three days.

Know country of origin
Shipped four wheels to US. A week after delayed delivery I got an invoice from freight carrier for 945 USD for tariff charges for delivering Chinese sourced wheels, effectively doubling the cost of wheels
There was, and is, no mention of country of origin in Rimmers description. Had I known this, I would have reevaluated purchase. Not happy at all.

I have used Rimmer Brothers for parts for a variety of cars for over 30 years - they have a good range and although not always the cheapest, the parts supplied have always been in good condition and carefully labelled. The delivery is speedy and communication is excellent. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
