Been living at the Mailbox apartments for over a year now (Stockport). Apartments are really good, and the landlords are generally very helpful with any problems/issues that need solving. Situated in a prime location too.

Our previous Factors were frankly useless and borderline criminal. Since switching to Ringley, our development has improved vastly and they even reduced the costs after reviewing the books. The difference and improvements in site and services has been night and day.
My correspondence with them has always been positive and pleasant and I'd like to give a special shout out to Denise at Ringley Law for going above and beyond when we urgently needed specific documents for our solicitor. She really helped us out.
I highly recommend Ringley.

Despite paying hundreds of pounds every month, our building was left in a shocking state of neglect under Ringley’s management. The bin store was so filthy it attracted mice — leaseholders had to buy professional cleaning tools and clean it themselves. The bike shed and windows were broken for months with no repairs, and the roof garden was completely unusable due to bird droppings.
A major leak on Floor 1 and in the garage went unresolved for over two months, causing extensive damage to the walls. General cleaning was consistently ignored, and any effort to get Ringley to take responsibility was met with silence or delays.
It was only after a change in landlord that a new management company took over — thankfully.
Please steer away from Ringley property management.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Johnny, the site manager at Denham Film Studios. The site has improved so much under his supervision. I've had two recent interactions regarding a couple of issues, and both were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having Johnny around makes everything so much easier — we would truly be at a loss without him. Thank you, Johnny, for all that you do!

I was concerned about a possible fraudulent contractor trying to enter the building.
I called Ringley and was passed onto Aash who was very helpful with good communication skills and also helped with another issue outside his remit.

They do not manage and are cheap skates. My intercom system has been down for almost a year and its flagged that is is even a health and safety issue because gas engineers and health and safety works people cannot get in to do repairs. It seems i am not the only one who has issues with a company that has frankly rude staff and seem incompetent and tight fisted. Their management fees are also unexplainable ...Do not let your property be managed by this lot

Issues with the building are not fixed (e.g., the lift has not worked in 4 months, they have been aware of an issue with our balcony for 6 months). Communication from the Cardiff office is often sparse and slow, and they have not given us any indication of when we should expect the building's issues to be fixed.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Suzanne (and her teams).
Despite having a number of issues to manage across our large site, when I asked about a particular issue in our block (a lift that was out of order) her response was both understanding of the situation, 100% professional and handled with her usual good grace.
Oh yes, and effective (even if the lift company seemed to be less so) as the lift is now back in action.
This is only one thing that I'd like to say thank you for - and I do want to say a huge thank you!

I worked in a building Saint Stephens Court in Ealing for 42 years as the cleaner.
Ringley Group took over the contract
And gave me one months notice, even though I told them I was retiring in one year and can they please keep me employed until then.
They said really sorry, but the notice stands.
They were completely without caring and I received no severance pay at all.
I have noticed the building which I still go into as I have many clients in there through the years has not been attended to at all and has had scaffolding outside for approximately 2 to 3 years now I’m not sure???
So how good is this management company and why don’t they respect people that have long-term jobs prior to their taking over?

My communication with Aashootosh Dattani was very helpful indeed. He is very clear and competent and a notable exception to the rest of my many contacts with Ringley. I found the Ringley website to be a disaster, extremely complex and impossible to use. Information given on line is obscure and I found it incomprehensible and only after eight telephone calls to different people at Ringley was I able to get the information I needed at last when I was finally able to speak to Mr Dattani. Ringley is very big and complex and doing very different things seemingly trying to take a "one size fits all" approach. Very bad experience with Ringley but if you have to use them at least ask for Mr Dattani by name.
