Rinsemate Reviews

The product is excellent for what I needed it for. We have a water spray at home but when we go away on holidays it's always been a problem. Rinse mate has been very convenient. I am a very happy customer.
The delivery was delayed but at the end it was worth it.
Excellent product.

The pressure isn't as high as the mains, but it gets the job done.

No installation hassle.ready to use out of the box. Exceptional simplicity

Am really really pleased with this , it’s so easy to use , delivers what it advertises, and is a unobtrusive and works perfectly

It so hard to find a bidet in a hotel. Until I found the Rinsemate and it really made a difference. So thankful that I found the Rinsemate. Thank you.

The Rinsemate has been a game changer in our household! We didn’t want the hassle of fitting bidets and this simple solution means we don’t have to. Discreet and easy to refill, the unit sits neatly behind the pedestal and we love that it can be filled with warm or cold water. I find it useful for cleaning the toilet / sink as well as its intended use.

Good product works well as advertised

Everytime I go to Europe, I come back with the idea of changing my toilet to a bidet toilet but it is pretty expensive, $3 to 4 thousand. So, when I saw the add for RinseMate I didn't think twice. I live in FL and I feel like taking a shower everytime I go out, RinseMate has been a life saver for me.

Bought for a relative with care needs who likes to maintain their independence.
The Rinsemate has made such a difference for her when using the toilet.
Easy to use and very hygienic.
Easy to assemble.
Highly recommended.

This product is most appreciated by my family and allows us to be accessibly compliant with our dīn requisite’s. Thanks for bringing its benefit to us.

Thank you

Bought as a present, missed the birthday as delivery was very slow. Was kept up to date, but it didn’t move at a destination in China for over a week. The receiver of the present is pleased with the product.

Great company to deal with.Kept me updated with delivery details
The product itself is amazing and im impressed with the way it works
As mentioned on other reviews the holder does not stick on any surfaces but that does not effect the way it works
I highly recommend just wish i had bought more for the rest of the bathrooms

Excellent product and amazing service. Would definitely recommend

Rinsemate has truly improved my life. After every visit to the toilet I now have the fresh clean feeling that previously I only had after a bath ir shower. Simple to use, simple to maintain, simple hygiene. I can't recommend it highly enough.

So far, so good. Working as promised, saves me a ton of time in the bathroom, similar experience to a bidet which I is one thing I had in my home growing up but can't find in the US. I had been using wet wipes and now Rinsemate has cut the amount of wet wipes by half which is going to save my plumbing/plumbing costs in the future.

Great product. Very convenient to travel with

Great little bidet. I have the real thing in holiday accommodation and rinsemate is a great alternative

Had a bit of an issue with the suction of the holder but has now managed to stick to the cistern without falling and it’s a really good alternative for renters that can’t install one properly! Only issue with it is that the pipe is a bit floppy so the water doesn’t always flow great if there’s a bend in the pipe but when it works it’s great!
