Rinsemate Reviews

This is great for feeling nice and clean. Just a quick wash and you're done.
It is pretty expensive for what it is, but overall it's great. My kids love it, it's much easier for them.
The battery lasts a long time. The suction cup has fallen off a few times, so maybe could do with a stronger suction cup.

Decided on this product as it gave an impression that it was UK stocked...it's not. It's imported from China and therefore takes several weeks to arrive. Outside of this I'm happy with the build quality and product efficiency. I'm happy with the product and would recommend it.

Great product, good delivery , good communication re delivery - very handy and much easier than re plumbing bathroom ! Overall would recommend

Works well! Suction cup a bit weak but its a great tool

It works as advertised, which is probably the most important thing, very satisfied.

Cleanliness I have never had before. Took A little getting used to. Placement, usage. Once I found my huckleberry, it was golden. I miss it when I am not at home.

The rinsemate is easy to set up, though it would be better if you could seal it closed with the hose inserted.

It is simple to use.

But the water flow, even on high, is too weak to clean effectively. My little squeeze bottle works better.

This is so amazing great feeling so clean.Im taking it away on holiday cant live without it

I was looking for an alternative to toilet paper and I am very happy with my Rinsemate. Its great to not have to spend so much money on toilet paper that just goes down the drain.

We just moved out our family home into an an apartment and we were used to having a douche. Rinse Mate was the perfect solution allowing us the same level of convenience and hygiene without the need for any plumbing work and it's portable!! Family member's now want one too! easy to use and take anywhere with you so you can always feel clean wherever you are. The information during the order and shipping

Works really well. Saves the toilet paper and the skin. Specially if you suffer piles, dry toilet papers are very harmfull. Instead wash. Great for hygiene and comfort. They should add fixings for hlder to go on the wall too. Suction holders is not suitable for everyones toilet.

I was sceptical on how this would work, but I am very impressed. It does make me feel fresher and I use less toilet paper for sure.

The only thing I would say that was a disappointment, was the holder I couldn't get it to stick for very long, as it's in the bathroom and it gets hot and steamy it just falls off.

Delivery was prompt, with lots of updates on it's progress.

This is just what I have been looking for, always wanted a bidet but would take too much fitting in my small bathroom,so decided to try this when I saw it online.
Very effective, takes up minimal room and does what it says on the box.
Excellent

As someone with inflammatory bowel disease this has been a game changer in the bathroom! I do feel it could do with one extra power level though.

What a great idea ! The simple ones are the best no plumbing required ( was that a Phil Collins album) simple to use !
I feel nice and fresh !!!!

Good product we are using it for camping. Trying to not use TP in the RV as much and this helps.

Buying another one for next years big camping trip for washing dishes. We can use outside for washing hands and dishes.

Only issue I’ve had is that the holder broke and I’d like to buy a replacement for that. However they don’t sell a replacement. So guess duct tape will suffice.

Never used a bidet before - now, never going back! What took me so long! Great product well thought out. Recommending to all my friends! Get one!

I love my purchase, I ordered the rinse mate with the squatty and it came with a free soap with case and air fresheners ,due to uk courier laws it has to be sent separately but the customer service was amazing, they replied to my emails very quickly and reassured me my package would arrive soon with an attached link to track my package. The team was very friendly and patient with me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied, I now tell everyone I know about my rinse mate because I am so pleased with my purchase. I love my new rinse mate, the squatty is also wide enough to sit comfortably and fits around the toilet perfectly when I don’t need to use it. Both are very easy to clean and fits with the aesthetic of my bathroom nicely. I’m extremely happy and will be recommending this purchase to everyone, thank you rinse mate team and rinse mate customer service team, really good job.
