Good experience! Works well! The suction cup for the holder doesn’t work at all!!

Being on vacation without a bidet sucks. I've tried the small portable ones, but they're still not good enough. Rinse mate is like the real thing.

Pleased I bought it, would prefer a bit more power, doesn't match up to plumbed in jets, but then I have been talking about getting one plumbed in for 20 years and this took no time.

I have purchased three. None of the suction holders work correctly. They fall off the wall randomly and the bidet leaks so the water goes everywhere if I am not at home to hear the holder fall.

I wouldn’t recommend the service. They also say they provide quick response times but I have been complaining about the products since May 2026 and I have not received a helpful response.

It took awhile to arrive. That was not an issue for me. Once it arrived and I charged it up I gave it a shot. It works so well and I feel clean. I have told others about the Bidet and highly recommend your product. Soon I will have surgery and will be without the use of my dominant arm and hand. I plan to use this even after im healed. Thanks

Love the product. Have just moved from a house that had a bidet, and this makes up for the lack of one in the new place. Customer service and communication were excellent. Only comments are that it took a bit longer than expected to arrive, and the suction cup on the holder for the nozzle does not stick to any surface I have tried, so I will have to find an alternative.

Haven't used it yet, But it's reassurance when I do use it out and about 👍

I made this purchase in order to provide a modicum of dignity to the ablution and prayer preparation of my Muslim work colleagues.
Needless to say they love it and finding it so useful will be purchasing for thier own homes

This item is superb. The process of charging and the set up is super easy.
The price point puts it in the reach of most families.
My only concern is that the receptive for the water whilst made of very sturdy materials maybe easy to knock over. I will weight mine with a smooth stone to prevent it accidentally being knocked by grand children.
The delivery of the product was relatively quick and it was well packaged in an attractive box.

A good option and convenient to have a portable bidet without installing a fixed one especially if you renting or leasing a home.
Need to improve on the hose which can sometimes get twisted and cause no flow. Proposed to have a bit of structure for the hose.

Just back from holiday in Tunisia where they have Bidets everywhere (former French colony). My new Rinsemate is AS GOOD in terms of operation and water power. Amazing. I will never be without one now! Can also take on our caravan holidays. Perfect!

Awful product and even worse customer service.

!. Product arrived very late- ok acceptable
2. Product stopped working within 24 hours- unacceptable
3. On requesting for refund, I had to send a video of item not working. One month later, no response to rectify problem other than acknowledgment of receipt of video.
4. On following up, they claim that product is not working due to water ingress into internal electrics. How they can see this for a video is beyond me as there is not outwardly visible water ingress!
I feel like they are gaslighting customers and fobbing us off with weak excuses.
DO NOT BUY!

If something goes wrong, the customer support will do everything to NOT compensate you. They failed to deliver the product, and now they want me to pay for the redelivery charge. Furthermore, they try to gaslight you. I would assume because I will not pay for the redelivery fee. They will be very comfortable keeping my money with no refund. Will update what happened. Considering this is a dropshipping company I bet the owner is a 13-year-old kid in the basement. at least that how they behave.

RinseMate does everything it’s supposed to. Great alternative to plumbing in a full Japanese style toilet. The whole process of ordering was smooth and I liked how they kept in touch about shipping and delivery.

I am so pleased with the RinseMate because it's easy to use, it did not need complicated or expensive installation and I get to use warm water every time I use it. It's brilliant!

It's ok, could do with another power level up. Also could be ideal if it was more sealed so that no dust can get into main container via where the pipe comes out from. Company suggested to change the water before each use which makes that ridiculous also to charge it up after each use, that too is ridiculous and more work. Overall I like having an alternative bidet, but it still has some improvements to do especially on how to keep the water dust free.

Absolute joke of a product and their customer service is terrible , the suction cup eventually fails after a few weeks and the bidet handle will keep falling off , they will not replace it no matter how many videos or emails you send even if you just want a replacement for the suction cup not the whole product , don’t waste your money

It’s a good substitute for a Bidet, but I would like a choice of hose and lid colour!

It would be easier to say what makes it just short of excellent: its power. A slightly more powerful jet of water would help you feel cleaner quicker. I like its capacity, and its convenience: it lasts all day and is easy to refill. The free gifts were a joke, however: someone with any sensitivity to perfume can't possibly use something that has no ingredients listed. The delivery was very slow: it comes from China. Customer Services were excellent, however.

This is amazing, so easy to set up and use ,such a clean feeling and saves on toilet paper,well worth the reasonable price it costs 10/10
