Absolute joke of a product and their customer service is terrible , the suction cup eventually fails after a few weeks and the bidet handle will keep falling off , they will not replace it no matter how many videos or emails you send even if you just want a replacement for the suction cup not the whole product , don’t waste your money

It’s a good substitute for a Bidet, but I would like a choice of hose and lid colour!

It would be easier to say what makes it just short of excellent: its power. A slightly more powerful jet of water would help you feel cleaner quicker. I like its capacity, and its convenience: it lasts all day and is easy to refill. The free gifts were a joke, however: someone with any sensitivity to perfume can't possibly use something that has no ingredients listed. The delivery was very slow: it comes from China. Customer Services were excellent, however.

This is amazing, so easy to set up and use ,such a clean feeling and saves on toilet paper,well worth the reasonable price it costs 10/10

This is excellent and does what it says on the tin. It installed easily next to the toilet and is easy to use. My family were a bit sceptical at first but they’re all using it now and it’s become part of the toilet routine.

The battery is still on the first charge after a couple of weeks and I’m very pleased with the build quality, it feels well made and a good quality product.

I just wish I’d bought this sooner.

Bought on the 7th September 2026, received email with tracking number on 10th September saying my order was dispatched, 12th September 2026 received email saying the final packing was being done and my order would dispatched soon!

Went to Risemate website tried using tracking number, no such number exists.

Love it. It's a fantastic product that every home should have. It just makes total sense to me. Save a small fortune on toilet paper and get a proper clean.

This product actually does what it says. It is reasonably priced and easy to use. It arrived in a short amount of time. I went from using four wet wipes to one. I just use one for my own peace of mind. If something happens to this one I will definitely buy again.

My wife and I are both very happy with our purchase. Having experienced the toilet facilities in Japan and India we were hoping to find something that could replicate them here in the UK for an affordable price. Rinsemate certainly does that and we would definitely give it a five star recommendation.

Still waiting for my order over 2 months later. First order was sent to Norway. Messaged company and they got back to say the order was accidentally sent mixed up and sent to the wrong address. They said they were going send again and gave me a tracking number, which said order ccancelled. Tried replying to thier Email with the tracking number no response and no where else on website that works to submit a query. They have basically taken my money and not provided the product. Terrible..will be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.

Happy with the purchase and considering to buy a second unit for our other WC. Also been asking really close friends if they’d appreciate this as a home present. Only thing is if the water capacity can be increased.

I mentioned a problem with the battery failing to charge even after trying all their online solutions. They responded by email very quickly inviting me to submit a video of the charge process, ie no indicator lighting up, and a still of the serial number. This I have done again and again. The emails constantly bounce. I have gone through various checks and still they email to say I have not responded. Complete dead end and also, on the device there is a tab you must remove to start it and once removed they say you cannot return. Very annoyed and disappointed.

Unfortunately was influenced by Instagram adverts, thought I'd try them out... Waste of money.
The suction cup doesn't stick/hold up the weight of the nozzle. I tried it on various smooth surfaces and none of them work.

The water canister rubber lid doesn't shut while the pump/tube is in the container, so the water can become contaminated. The rubber tube itself arrived damaged, split where it looks like it was stored for a long time in a warehouse wrapped up. The pump doesn't work well; doesn't submerge under the waterline properly so the water pressure is varying... Sucks in a lot of air.
Overall a complete waste of time.
Took a foul amount of time to deliver for a very badly designed product

The wall mount suction to mount the device does not adhere to any surface. And the water tip at the bottom of the water reservoir does not stay under making it seem like its empty but its not. Not pleased

Good, strong stream. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five: it needs a more kink-resistant hose, especially near the sprayer.

had one.. no pressure.. useless customer service took weeks to respond asked for a video, asked for another video, told them I wasn't happy and asked for a refund.. dodged the request every time.. then said we know its not like a mains bidet, its only battery.. rubbishing their own product that doesn't do the job its intended for..do not buy.. its not worth it.. youre grtting ripped off..

Deliver took a little longer than I expected. The actual product is great. Only concern is the holder. It does not stick as well as it should. The suction needs to be stronger.
Overall it is a good product

As a person who has to use portable bidets due to being a larger person, my new RINSEMATE honestly is a game changer for me - holds plenty of water, has a nice powerful sprayer on it and makes me very clean. Very impressed. Would definitely buy again!
