Extremely buggy product. HomeKit connection was broken most of the time. Don't understabd how they got the verification.

Purchased our first wifi heater from Rio Heating. Item arrived promptly and has worked wonders in our summer house which can get quite cold in the winter despite the insulation. The heater warms up the space quickly and I like the settings that allow us to leave on to stop the room getting too cold. Would happily recommend. Will be buying another in due course for a new outbuilding.

My customers and I have purchased several of the Rio Eco range of ceramic electric heaters. They are exceptionally well made, stylish and easy to operate either manually or via the app. The heaters are very well packaged in thick corrugated cardboard and on one occasion the mounting brackets could not be located, after a quickly answered call to the free customer support number and a follow up email with my details the issue was swiftly resolved. Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend Rio to anyone.

Got these radiators fitted around the house and there amazing , had an issue with one after nearly 2 years and after contacting the customer services, a new unit was posted out , thanks to Davy.

This is the second heater we have purchased from Rio Heating. Excellent and helpful service.
Heaters do exactly what we want and no doubt we shall be buying some more from them as our old heaters continue to reach the end of their useful life.

Bought a Rio Eco Plus - 2000W Ceramic Core Smart Electric - which worked well initially. We had a significant problem which took a long time to partially resolve, we have one more thing to sort out before the issue is fully resolved as promised.

Absolutely delighted with my new Rio Eco Plus radiators. These have replaced a very expensive mistake made purchasing another company’s radiators. My Rio radiators now keep me warm and cosy, give a much more rounded heat and use less electricity. It’s been so simple to connect to the Tuya App and I’ve had no issues with wifi. Customer service has been excellent. Dave has been my saviour both in providing clear information prior to purchase and then getting radiators to me so quickly. Thank you so much Dave.

I have my whole house heated by these radatiors as a full central heating system 9 radiators. I have found leaving the rads on 18-19 degrees when I am out and then increasing to 21-22 when home has reduced my energy by £12.50 a day. When only turning on when home it was costing me in the winter months around £22-£25 a day to run my whole house on eletrcity as no gas or oil. I have tried other bands of electric rads and this is by far the best.

When I had work done recently on one of the rooms, we took a heater down and foolishly lost the brackets. I emailed the company hoping to purchase a set, Dave immediately sent a set out free of charge.

Rio Heating are amazing. Their heaters are exceptional - the heat is very controllable either manually or via the app and they are very energy efficient. I would highly recommend these heaters. Also their customer service is second to none.

Rioheating are superb!!
I called stating my elderly father’s present Rio heater had developed a fault after 3yrs, up to this point the heater was faultless.
After a brief chat with Dave at Rioheating, Dave said a new one would be on the way, no charge. I could not believe it.

I emailed my father’s details and the unit that had become faulty and within one week, the new one had arrived.

Could not have wished for a better service.

Fantastic Heaters, Fantastic service.
Bought three 2000w & one 1500w, very economical to run compared to the electric heaters we replaced.
Robust design and easy to install.

Looking to heat our conservatory (as our existing underfloor heating never heated the room sufficiently) there were lots of room heaters to choose from.
We decided to purchase the Rio Eco 2000w and we're so glad we did. It's definitely much cheaper to run, heats the room up great and maintains that temperature nicely (something our underfloor heating never did)
The operating app does need a bit of getting used to, but you can always manually control the heater. If you need feet you have to ask separately, but the company sorts this out. Would easily recommend this heater to you.

We received excellent customer service and good communication with David at RioHeating. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for electric heating .1st class service.

Product seems ok customer service and after sales is nonexistent

We bought 3 Rio Eco Plus radiators for our studio last year and have been do impressed by them that we’ve just placed an order for 17 for our business.
They are a great product at a very affordable price and the customer service is excellent. David couldn’t be more helpful

Purchased a Rio Eco plus Electrical radiator. It is refreshing to find a quality product at a reasonable price in such a competitive market.

Phoned the support line for assistance in setting up the Smart App and found Dave to be extremely friendly and helpful.

What a company. What customer service. I bought 3 of these last year for a granny flat. They work absolutely brilliantly and heat the room very quickly and hold heat very well. They work really well with the app. I can control them from anywhere also they look really modern when installed. However more importantly the mark of a good company is its customer service. One of my heaters developed a small fault. I rang Dave, who is a great guy, and explained. Dave sorted it straight away and sent me a new heater. Great guy and great company. Highly recommended 👍😊
