Booked for airport transfer from Belper to Birmingham & return for 12 people. Plenty of room for luggage & passengers.
Kept updated on arrival times via text with registration number of vehicle & driver name.

We had a great experience with Ripley Minibus from start to finish, it was so easy getting a quote after inputting our info on the enquiry form online we were given a great quote a few days later. They kept in touch & sent a message the day before we were due to be picked up & also received a message when they were on route & outside. You made travelling with 21 of us so simple & easy thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Brill company, Lee was on time, friendly and very helpful. We had a return transfer for East Midlands airport, we had the trailer to transport luggage. Would highly recommend, cheapest around.

Thank you so much to Lee & Paul who made the start and end of our holiday go smoothly! Booking and payment system super easy to navigate. 5 adults & 5 children we had a 16 seater mini bus plus luggage trailer as we had 19 cases between us.
Minibus and trailer were extremely clean.
The drivers were amazing. Got us there and back with no issues. Both on time too. Lee kept checking our flight info to make sure he was ready and waiting for us when we got out the airport. Very good rates and would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone.

An absolutely fantastic service from Lee, our driver, and the Ripley Minibus Co. Arrived on time at 3:30am, helped load up the trailer, very personable, clean and comfy minibus, and very accommodating with waiting on a couple of late arrivals on the way home. Excellent price for service offered. Would highly recommend.

Can’t rate this company enough, Lee was our driver, picked us bang on time at 3:30am for our trip to Glastonbury festival! Price was fair, bus was clean, seats were comfy, plenty of space, especially with the extra room with the trailer. He then picked us back up, was so so patient as we had to wait for a couple of the guys. He didn’t stress us, didn’t ask for extra fees. Would highly recommend.
