I have a rise and recline chair replacement as I rejected the original as totally badly made mechanics. I was persuaded to accept a replacement which is as bad. It is slow, creaks and groans, the chair twists in use and in spite of asking for the firmest padding on the seat it has given way to a flat plane. I have asked the retailer to step in no help, suspect manufacturer does not support him. The worst £2500,00 I have spent in 80 years of life. Now seeking help from citizens advice and trade bodies to inspect and report.

I’ve had one or two problems which the company can’t sort out for me. I have to go to the retailer I purchased the chair from This I can’t do as they have gone into liquidation My main problem is the seat does not have enough padding in After a couple of hours I am finding the chair very uncomfortable due to lack of filling

I cannot thank Janet and Rick enough they both went above and beyond to get my broken reclining chair working again. It was lovely to be treated to fantastic customer service, they both worked hard to solve the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rise & Recline Ltd
