So glad I was able to take advantage of the vip special.

Overall pretty good. Did have issues with top shelf light. A bit of a production to get it replaced under warranty.

Set-up was easy and the directions were easy to follow! Excited to start enjoying my home grown goodness

Very clear website -- easy to work through the seed varieties, then the accessories, and finally the nutrients. The descriptions are very helpful. All in all purchasing online from Risegardens was less stressful than most sites!!

I have enjoyed my Rise Garden especially as it is getting cold in my area and the customer service has been great they have always responded quickly and helped to resolve my issues.

I am very pleased with everything I have purchased. I didn't know that being handicapped I could grow veggies and herbs again. Love love love Rise Garden.

I am addicted! I started with the Personal Garden and 2 weeks later ordered the Single family garden, and just today ordered a 2nd level! It is so much fun to watch your food grow and it encourages me to cook more and eat healthy!

I have found all sorts of plants all are edible, in some form and fashion. I would recommend them for anyone! I've had questions and I emailed them getting a answer quickly. I did have a pump go out, they found out and shipped one out the same day!

I've love having my garden. After about a month to get the initial plants going I've have something. I could pick evey day. Plus working by it has also seemed to help with SAD during the winter.

We bought this first to provide light in our combined living room/dining room which has no over head lights with added benefit of some plants. It is better than we anticipated. The timer turns it on before we come downstairs to a light filled space with greenery. This has become the answer to garden withdraw I am experiencing in the Colorado cold. No depression that my garden is gone. I get to play with plants and grow food all year long.

Easy to navigate the site and order what I wanted. It was a little unclear at check out that the shipping cost which was listed separately had already been added to the total, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was when I finalized my transaction. I am kind of disappointed that the timeline for shipping is just within 2 weeks and there has been any more specific communication about where things are in the process since purchasing a few days ago.

On Sunday Halloween, I wrote in to customer support about the one water hardness tester strip in my box not being good and they created an order to send me out replacements within the hour.

Site is well done. Everything I wanted was in stock - I grabbed the double garden. I also ordered more veggies than comes stock with the garden. I needed Support’s help with one thing and they were readily responsive and helpful. Super happy with this company and their amazing staff!

Just received my Rise garden. Everything shipped extremely quick, I had it to my door within a week. Everything was packed nicely, no damage, lots of padding. The garden seems well constructed, and goes together pretty quickly. Excited to start growing my own food!

Website was easy to navigate on phone. Good explanations of different seed plugs. The only issue was they were out of some seed plugs I was interested in purchasing, peas and cucumbers. Maybe the company should remove the product from their site instead of saying “out of stock”.

Pros:
This site was very easy to navigate.
They have some really outstanding products.
They run a Facebook group just for customers, so it will be easy to learn what works & what doesn’t.

Cons:
High shipping fees
Many things out of stock, which means another shipping fee later on.
Some info on the main products are really hard to find (I had to read so many outside blogs)
No close-up photos on the empty garden, the tank, or the other equipment.

I would definitely recommend this site just for the quality of their products.

Great product! Also their customer service is to notch. I had an issue, which they were quickly able to resolve. They were responsive and polite. It was overall a great experience! And my plants are already looking great!
