I ordered a 12 pack of iceberg lettuce but when the box arrived it came with a 4 pack.

I wrote to customer support about it but they wanted a photo of the packing slip-- which I had discarded.

They charged me for a 12 pack so it seems like they should know that I ordered a 12 pack.

We will see what happens...

I recently order nutrients for my garden by changing my subscription. The online process was confusing and I received two emails confirming my purchase that were different. So, I hope the products arrive and I am unclear on how much I will be charged.

Customer service was prompt, helpful, and courteous. It exceeded my expectations.

The shopping experience wasn't bad. I wish there was something saying you had to be pre-approved by affirm before going through the checkout to use affirm.

I made a large purchase after comparing with more affordable options online. Because it is not possible to examine the product before purchasing, I would have liked more pictures of the system components (inside the plant compartment, with the trellis installed, and without the plants). I made the decision to purchase the product after reading the Business Insider review. I would have liked a gift option to ensure that an itemized packing list with price will not be included, and sent this as a chat request after the purchase.

The website is well designed and easy to navigate. Information is presented in an easy to understand layout.

I would have liked to see more information on dimensions of accessories and weight of products. Descriptions of plant sizes, placement, and if it is a full harvest or cut and come again variety would be nice as well.

The app on my phone to order was easy to use. A wide variety of products available. I purchased seedlings of salad, tomato and pepper.
Check out was easy process and first class delivery would happen in 2 -3 days. The whole process completed in 7 minutes- loved the online shopping experience- added bonus 15% Black Friday sale!

Very excited to receive my Rise Garden,had some issues but Kayelyn stepped up and had solutions for me. It speaks of there customer service after the sale. I could not be happier
