I love it!
Just got my rise garden a few weeks ago. It was really easy to set up and I absolutely love it! It works great and the Rise staff have responded quickly to all my questions. Very happy!

I love my personal Rise garden! Customer service has been amazing, and all of the products have been quality and have produced as advertised. I had a small issue with a missing item in my shipment and it was handled promptly and I’ll have my missing items shortly. Highly recommended.

Great Service
I received a personal rise garden as a gift after my friend passed away. Everything was new in the box, but no receipt. The garden is so much fun and I enjoy it so much. Then the pump stopped working, so I ordered a new one. When I plugged it in the water light would still blink, so I contacted Rise Gardens to see what to do. They determined that I needed a new unit, but I didn't have proof of purchase. They sent me a new one regardless. I'm so happy. I love my water garden!

I have a family garden that has been working beautifully for over five years. After a routine cleaning, the lights indicating water level, automatic dimming and wifi status light didn't work. The Rise Support Team was in contact with me very quickly and stayed with me until the problem, a shorted-out control panel, had been addressed. They even ordered the part I needed for me. There's so much thought put into this product. As a product manager at Google, I really appreciate the attention to detail and modular architecture and ease of use.
And the best part is that this company readily stands behind the product. A water sensor on my into fell into water and died and they immediately sent me a new sensor for free. A rarity these days to experience real support

Super speedy and kind customer service
Super impressed with the speed of their customer service. Even if their initial response is "we are working on it and we'll get back to you"....I get an email SO quickly, rather than being ignored for days until a response comes over - and then even if they have to work on an answer it happens QUICK. I absolutely appreciate their service!

Just mid
Customer service is mid. The app isn't great and doesn't get updated often. I've already gone through one motor in less than 6mo and it took a couple weeks for them to even send the part, so all my plants died. Cleaning the system itself is also not very easy. There should be tech for a portable vaccum accessory or way to adequately clean it. If this wasn't the nicest looking one on the market, I'm sure their customer base would shrink.

I really like Rise Garden
I really like Rise Garden! I have three small ones, and grow lettuce, Pak Choi and Kale. Perfect for daily salads. I rotate them so that they grow for 6 weeks. I do a complete harvest on 8 of them and replant 8 new lettuce pods every week in the nurseries, when I add the water and nutrients. Now my grandchildren loved planting seeds every week and love watching them quickly grow, then they actually eat a salad, then!

I just got mine this month and so far…
I just got mine this month and so far I’m loving it! It was very easy to set up - I did it with my 5 year old as a great learning/experiment. I have him prepare the nurseries, do the feedings, and the water. He’s loving it and learning. Most of my pods germinated and some plants are already looking beautiful. I have been recommending it to friends and family.
The customer service is great too - it just takes a bit to get used to texting and emailing instead of a phone. I would also recommend not buying too many pods at once until you make sure the ones you got germinate well.

The Rise team has been great in communication helping me solve issues with my Family Garden. We couldn't resolve the issue - so they sent me a part that would help me with my garden for free! I appreciate their customer service.

Best looking indoor garden in the game
I still remember buying the garden in a pop up shop in River North and I love the machine! Any issues with the machine and the support team is there for me. What really sets this apart from other machines is how clean it looks. I recommend this to everyone!

What a find!
So far - wow! I've received my gardens. They came quickly and packed wonderfully. They were easy to build and super easy to use. The app makes the upkeep a breeze. My little plants are starting to grow. The water sensor did fail within a couple of week of starting the garden. The team at Rise were extremely responsive in helping me troubleshoot. And wound up replacing the sensor (under warranty) without any trouble. I'm so impressed

Love the garden, great support
Love the garden. Support has been top notch. Had an issue with my board and a got a replacement shipment going within an hour, awesome! Would be full 5 star but have some trouble with it dropping wifi, and the app can be a bit janky.
Overall very happy with this purchase and recommend to everyone.
