The app is great! Nice and clean UI/UX. I like how it shows sleep debt and tells me when my optimal energy levels are. I never realized how much my energy levels fluctuated day to day until I started tracking my sleep debt. The app makes it so easy to understand when I’ll be at my best and helps me stay consistent with my routines. It’s become a daily habit and I genuinely feel better and more productive because of it.

Love this app!! Really helps me get more rest because I’m obsessed with getting my sleep debt number down and my energy potential up. The energy schedule always feels pretty accurate to me too and helps me plan my day.

Solid science backed solution to a problem everyone experiences

I've been using Rise for over a year now and it's been surprisingly accurate when paired with my Oura ring. The dips and rises in my energy levels sync up with what the app says - which has helped me plan my day much better and sync my deep work time with when I'm likely to have the most energy

I've been using this app for months now and I've noticed a huge difference in my productivity and energy levels. I've tried so many sleep apps, but this is the first that goes beyond just sleep with productivity insights that help you know and best schedule your energy peaks and dips throughout the day. I'm not only sleeping better, but I'm actually working with my energy and not against it. And you can even get notified when to avoid caffeine, get morning light, and way more, love it! This is the only sleep app I will recommend now!

@RiseScience I've emailed multiple times about a refund under your 30-day guarantee (Receipt #2725-5858) and been ignored.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, I'm entitled to a refund. Respond within 24 hours, or I’ll report to @CMAgovUK and request a chargeback.

DO NOT try to use this app. You can check the sleep subreddit, as well as the iOS and Android ones, for users' experiences of horrendous customer service. In my case, the premium features disappeared after I paid. Customer service was unhelpful, and then blocked my email when I requested a refund.
UPDATE: I responded to rise's response to google play review, yet still no further communication.
UPDATE 2: b/c I was introduced to the app via a high-end coaching program, I was able to get a refund only with their intervention. If you don't have someone like that behind you, you're on your own.

Used this app for 2 days then realised it was not for me , I had a weeks free trial so I cancelled within my week , now on multiple occasions they have tryed to change my card for a full years subscription of £59.99 , I’ve emailed them multiple times to tell them I’ve cancelled and they aren’t authorised to take any payments from my account with no replies , to anyone thinking about use they’re free trial I would not recommend …. AVOID AT ALL COST. They are obviously scammers
