What made the experience great was working with Nathaniel Uttley as my recruitment manager, he prepared me for the interview with his client, with informative information of what to look for during the interview process, how to present myself, and not only did he prepare me for the interviews, he would check back with me every step of the process, with a phone call, email, and a text, to make sure everything was going well. I approached Rise Technical as a job seeker and was truly impressed throughout the entire process. The recruiter I worked with, Nick, took the time to really understand my background and what I was looking for.
