Perfect experience

Tiernan worked with me to talk through the role and make sure it was a good fit for both me and the company. He then provided guidance and support for interviews and general feedback. During this time he went on vacation but made sure I was passed to a colleague of his, Richard, so that the process would go smoothly. Both of them checked in regularly to make sure that I was still all in on the role.

I'm at the job now, in the first week and so far it's been an awesome experience. I'm hoping not to be job searching for a while but I would totally contact Tiernan as a first step again! Thank you!
