Until now, I have not come across any other organization like Rise Technical that demonstrates such genuine care for their clients. Working with them truly makes me feel valued and appreciated. From the time I applied for the role, Josh was very supportive of all the phases of the interview. Reached out, had basic reviews, and reminded me of key technical sides of my interview, I should pay attention to. I felt so happy.

Great contact and communication with Dan, he called and checked in and followed up on my enquiries. Job was as expected but did have some issues with the actual contracted hours v's the actual hours. Clarified the issue and I excepted the role on the new T&C.

Sam set a strong foundation from the start. In our initial call, it was clear this was the type of role I was looking for. I’ve worked with recruiters who miss that alignment, so I appreciated how we assessed fit early on. He also provided solid prep materials and quick debriefs after interviews, which made a big difference in how I approached each step.

When Sam was away, John stepped in. He gave clear, practical guidance for each stage of the process. His prep for the second interview and the follow up was especially helpful. John helped me understand which parts of my experience to highlight so I could clearly show the value I bring to the company and reinforce who I am as a candidate.

It’s not often you get lucky to work with people who help you advocate for yourself. I appreciate the level of support and professionalism from both of them. Truly, I don’t think I would’ve been as successful without it.
