Incredibly streamlined process from a customer perspective, gave all the necessary details over to the Team and sat back an waited. A couple of speedbumps due to an admin error by HMRC slowed the process but communication from Harriet on the team was consistent, brief and accurate throughout. £5K now in the bank with more hopefully to follow in Feb.
