J’ai commandé ma machine le 5 février et après quelques messages et courriels j’ai reçu la machine 3 semaines plus tard ce qui était bien. Ils ne nous ont pas livré une bonne boîte sur 5 donc il a fallu que l’on retourne la boîte et on attende une autre semaine. Aujourd’hui on fait le check-list des accessoires tout semble ok. Ça indique 6 barres nous en avons 6 on monte la machine pour se rendre compte que les 6 barres ne sont pas les bonnes. Et il manque des accessoires de finition. La machine semble vraiment solide de qualité mais pour ce qui est du service: ils nous répondent la nuit nous ne sommes pas en mesure de les appeler ça laisse à désirer. Ma fille a commandé la même machine une semaine plus tard. Elle leur écrit pour leur demander quand elle va la recevoir ils lui disent back order 6 a 8 semaines. Oui ils font de beaux spéciaux mais vous devez être patient!

This was way easier to put to together than I was expecting it to be. It feels sturdy enough to lift heavy on, the only thing I’m not crazy about is that the weight stacks are not solid metal but filled plastic. For the price I probably should have expected that but as long as your not slamming the weights down you should be fine.

Happily took my money but almost a month later still wont send my j hooks or refund my purchase. Buyer be ware.

First, I consider myself moderately experienced in the realm of gym equipment and exercise. I set up the Ritkeeps Nimitz N1 smith machine a month ago and I am increasingly happy that I found it. I received it 10 days after order and the delivery company was professional and punctual. The machine is very impressive: sturdy, and versatile. Assembly took my son 6 hours but it is well worth the effort. The smith bar can be loaded with plates or connected to the weight stacks: your choice. I got their bench also which is so easy to change the degree of incline and is high quality. The 1:1 and 2:1 pulley system makes it suitable to beginner or advanced lifters so both I and my kids can use it. I find it fun to exercise while watching a show on TV! I added a dumbbel set, bands, and and free weight Olympic bar to my exercise room and feel my home gym is all set. The machine offers numerous exercise options, and the smith bar is very smooth. I don't miss going to the gym. I have zero regrets about this purchase. LH

I wasn’t able to find many in-depth videos or reviews on the RitKeep Nimitz N1, so I decided to share a more detailed write-up than I normally would. The short version? If you’re considering this machine… just buy it. It’s more than sufficient for the average home user and delivers tremendous value for the price.



Initial Experience Before Purchase

I spent about a month researching and comparing different machines, reaching out to multiple companies with questions along the way. RitKeep stood out by far in terms of customer service. They were responsive, informative, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions and even walked me through comparisons between the machines I was considering.

At this price point, there’s a lot of competition, so paying attention to the details really matters. For me, the Nimitz N1 ultimately came out on top. I especially appreciated their honesty when they told me I didn’t really need the aluminum pulleys. While they look great and are durable, they assured me the nylon pulleys would hold up just fine for my needs. Other companies tried to upsell me without hesitation. Kudos to RitKeep for putting the customer first.



Shipping

After placing my order, RitKeep kept me informed throughout the process. They let me know the closest warehouse was out of stock and that the machine would ship from California, which could take up to two weeks from the ship date. That wasn’t an issue for me. We’ve all gotten used to Amazon-speed shipping, but I remember when 8–12 weeks was normal!

True to their listing, they confirmed shipment within four business days. Even better, part of the order arrived within two business days, and the remainder showed up within four. From order to full delivery, everything arrived within nine business days. I was very pleased with that turnaround.



Packaging

Honestly, I was expecting the worst. I’ve assembled enough equipment over the years to anticipate scuffed parts, missing hardware, and cheap Styrofoam that breaks into a million static-filled pieces.

To my surprise, the packaging was exceptional. Everything was protected like high-end electronics—similar to what you’d expect when unboxing a premium computer or monitor. Some of the more important pre-assembled components, such as certain pulley sections, were wrapped in thick protective materials similar to moving blankets and securely taped to prevent damage. It exceeded my expectations.



Assembly

Working alone, the entire process took about eight hours. Roughly two hours were spent organizing and laying out the parts in a logical order, and about six hours were spent on the actual assembly.

The instructions were straightforward, and the process was easier than expected. I purchased an electric ratchet beforehand, which definitely saved time. While it probably would have gone a bit faster with help, I intentionally assembled it solo to see how manageable it would be. Overall, very doable for one person.



The Machine After Assembly

This machine is fantastic. It’s well-designed, easy to assemble, and feels solid and sturdy once put together.

Some people strongly prefer 3x3 racks, but for a home gym setup, I honestly don’t think it’s necessary for most users. This machine covers all major muscle groups and then some. The ability to switch between 2:1 and 1:1 ratios on the functional weight stacks is a major advantage—especially considering many higher-priced machines don’t offer that feature.

The built-in storage is another plus: weight plate pegs, barbell storage, landmine attachment—you name it. It’s thoughtfully designed and practical.

Only time will tell in terms of long-term durability, but based on the materials and construction, I have every reason to believe this machine will hold up for many years.



Bottom line: Outstanding value, excellent customer service, thoughtful design, and a great overall experience from purchase to setup. Highly recommended.

Great product and exactly what we needed for our gym at home. Well built and smooth to use. Took us about 4 hours with two people to put together.

My gym came quickly and the quality is awesome! I am extremely pleased with the company and the product. I didn’t have any issues. The directions are a little difficult so putting together takes a bit more time than I anticipated - parts are not labeled so matching each piece to the directions takes time- but don’t let that deter you - well worth it!

I am very happy with the PMAX 4750. Easy to assemble. Everything I expected. My only issue is the cable weight. I feel like it does not run as smooth as gym equipment and with heavy weight is even worse. All in all I am very happy. The smith machine bar is great as well as all the other attachments and exercises. For this price point you can not go wrong.

Very nice machine considering the cost of others. Assembly was fairly easy. Had some damaged parts due to shipping and customer service responded quickly and replaced the parts promptly and free of charge!

It took almost two months for the gym equipment to ship, which was very frustrating and initially made me worry that I had been scammed. However, I’m very thankful for the customer service team - they were communicative and consistently kept me updated on my order whenever I reached out.

I’ve been very happy with my Ritkeep Smith Machine. It’s well constructed, operates smoothly and looks great! I can see getting years of great use out it!

I recently purchased a Nimitz N1 for my basement so I can continue to improve my overall health. I love the equipment so far and have been able to complete productive workouts thus far. It was for the most part very easy to put together and set up. However, the reason I did not give it a 5 is because of a few things. First it took at least a month to receive the equipment after ordering. Second it was challenging to get help from customer service when I needed it. However, they absolutely got in touch with me but took a minute, which may be due to their location compared to mine. Third, they equipment was carefully packaged, but the hardware (bolts, nuts, screws) were not. They were folded which opened the package they came in and they spilled everywhere. This made it difficult to separate appropriately and I may have used incorrect hardware to attach pieces together. Finally, the instruction manual could have included multiple tips or more in depth instructions such as when to use a hammer, better pictures for right and left parts, etc. Otherwise I am very pleased with my purchase and I WILL recommend this product to others. I will also purchase other products from this company.

For the price point this machine has everything I need! I bought this just to keep in shape and I have to say it's pretty awesome. I did have a professional assemble the machine and he did a great job. Shipping did take a while, but I contacted them via email and Whatsapp and they were great letting me know what was going on. I ordered on black friday and had the machine in less than 4 weeks. I don't think that's bad at all.

I placed an order on December 1st and still do not have my order or a tracking number. Edit to my review: While the order took longer than I would have liked, I did get all of my items and everything they promised due to the delay. Good quality and was pretty easy to set up. If you’re thinking of ordering, go ahead and order it, but just know it might take a little bit to arrive. Legit company.

I decided to purchase this home gym based off YouTube recommendations. Everything works as advertised. Some of the more important pieces arent labeled and easy to put on the wrong way. The equipment itself is great for the price!

My Ritkeep Smith machine showed up in good time and was packaged well. Everything went together good with good directions. I ended up finding 1 missing PC which isn't bad for as many PCs that come. I reached out to customer service and they got the PC shipped out quickly. I really love the machine it works great!

My updated review of 1.5 Weeks of use so far.

The setup process is pretty straight forward but i would advise having some of your own tools to speed up the process. By myself it took me about 5 hours to do by myself since some of the bolts were hard turn.

The cons i would say hole spacing is a little wide if you're in between heights. For instance im about 5'3 -5'4 but i either have to sqaut up or bench up a hole or sqaut lower than a hole.The J hooks they work but i wish they were a little more heavy duty. With the jhooks being so short you have to be very percise when racking the weight. It would be nice to see in the future if they make a longer jhook in the future height wise and width wise. Overall the rack may shake when racking the weight but it is sturdy imo. Overall I would recommend the rack as a good starring point but would look for stronger j hooks from somewhere else to go with it. As a safety is key when lifting alone or on your own. I also do wish the outside safety guards were included to work outside the rack.

My Tips to make the better when you purchase

For a sturdy jhook I would look at Titans T-2s to combine with the rack and you're soild in my opinion as it takes the rack to the next level.

I would also go on Amazon ans buy one inch stickers 1-50 to put stickers on each hold spot so you know where you're placing your hooks and spotter arms.

Customer service
I would say at first I was nervous when buying and reading previous reviews but it worked out perfectly for me. The customer service team has been pretty responsive as well as once I ordered it took about 28 hours to get the shipping label and it was shipped to me. So im guessing they had alot on hand of this rack or I got lucky ans ordered before the hoilday rush came in.

Shipping Time
As I ordered the rack on 12/28/25 and it arrived on 12/2/26. Which is pretty fast. I will give an updated review on my experience as i am waiting on dip bars and safetys arms for outside the rack to currently try out.

Overall I rate my experience and the rack as an 4.5/5. As the jhooks need to be a lil bigger and taller as safety is key when lifting alone. I also wouldn't be opposed to seeing ritkeep even offer stickers to go with hole labeling and it would be even cooler edition to get a workout poster with the rack showing you different exercises with the rack. As this is an rack I would advise for someone starting a home gym on a budget or an experienced lifer on a budget. If new to lifting I would advise a Smith machine for spotting as you want to be safe when lifting.

Total experience was great from order to delivery. Setup and assembly was easy and I couldn’t be happier with my home gym!

We absolutely love our PMAX 5600. We have had it for over a month and have nothing but good things to say. My husband and I can both use it at the same time. We upgraded to the aluminum pullies and they are so smooth. It was really what we needed for our home gym and gains !
