From purchase to delivery all needs were met. Everything came as advertised and instructions were easy to follow and assemble. The whole family has been using daily for about a month now with no issues. Will definitely recommend and will be buying more equipment in the near future.

My order was placed on 11/29/25 and my credit card charged yet no equipment and no shipping confirmation, it’s now 1/3/26. I have been given the song and dance about the holiday sales and they are waiting for more to come in stock. Very disappointed will not order from RITKEEP again.

I have had a 5 Star experience from start to finish and this is a real review.

I ordered my RitKeep PMAX 5600 smith machine in early November and had it in two weeks. I took each box by number and laid the pieces on the floor in front of the mats I purchased to protect my floor.

Pictures were provided that illustrated the order of assembly and what bolt to use for each piece. If you follow these instructions properly the assembly will go smoothly.

I have been using this machine for over a month now and am thoroughly enjoying my workouts at home. No waiting for equipment in a gym, I can workout at my own pace and am absolutely enjoying every workout.

The machine is smooth, quiet and easy to use. I did a search using Ai to design 3, 4, and 5 day workout splits which produced guides on the exercise and the correct way to perform each routine. This workouts included dumbbell exercises and other routines.

I am 76 years old and am convinced this machine will keep me in great shape so I can live a longer, healthier life. Thank you RitKeep.

I did a lot of research and landed on the Ritkeep 5600. The entire order arrived within a week. I did a few upgrades as well. I'm a couple of weeks into it and I keep discovering new workouts. Lots of bang for the buck!

Very high quality exercise machine. I’ve used numerous machines through the years as a serious athlete and was concerned this machine would be durable enough for the price; however, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality metal and parts.

Very smooth and balanced parts!

This has been a great upgrade to our home gym, was easy to follow instructions for set up, and the equipment is very solid and smooth functioning. Would highly recommend at this price point.

I'm not sure if these 5 star reviews are real or not. I ordered a weight bench 10 days ago and the status still says - in process.
I reached out to someone last week by email to get a delivery eta and got a reponse the same dsy saying I will check with the warehouse and get back to you and never heard anything back.
I just called the 800 number and got a recording saying- no one is available tp take your call roght now, please leave a message.
On the website it says orders are shipped 2'3 days after the order is placed which isn't accurate.

Should be ZERO stars, I believe the "good" reviews here are fake just like the telephone numbers they have on the site. People are confusing RitKeep and Ritfit i believe...Ritkeep is total BS, STAY AWAY! As far as the guy before me saying he ordered on black Friday and already has his equipment and put together, BULLSHIT its IMPOSSIBLE, theses machines are not even in the U.S. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM RITKEEP

If you have the room this cage/smith machine is awesome. Very happy and the price is fantastic for what you get.

Service was amazing. Had a broken piece and they rushed a new one to me. Love this machine!!

Received this bench and it was extremely easy to set up, literally took 15 minutes. Padding is thick, stability is great.

Rit keeps is a great company. They have a solid follow up and email outreach that makes sure they have the order right.

Although I haven't fully assembled my equipment yet, I want to say that their customer service has been excellent and the equipment arrived fairly quickly, which is quite uncommon nowadays. Through my partial assembly, the equipment seems to be solid and of decent quality considering the prices they offer. I am very satisfied this far with my purchase of the m10 destroyer!!

We bought a Smith Machine and a bunch of different accessories from Ritkeeps and are very pleased at how well made all of the equipment is. We also had one of the boxes from the multi-box delivery arrive damaged due to the shipping, and I contacted Ritkeeps, and they responded immediately and shipped out a replacement box with no issues. Very happy with this company and the products.

Love their products! The bar was well made & ready to put it to use. I’ve also purchased a squat rack from them! The footprint was small & that’s exactly what I needed!

Pretty simple to install. I got it together in about 45 mins on my own.

My order #6877 was placed on 9/25/25 and I have not received any confirmation on delivery or status of my order. I have reached out to company and their response was they were working on it. It has been close to a month and no updates. That is not a way to run a company or treat customers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ORDERED IN SEPTEMBER 10, NO RESEPONSE, NO EMAIL. WILL ASK FOR REFUND DEFINITELY. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS, AVOID THIS TO AVOID FRUSTRATION!

Placed order, waited a month with no contact, finally made contact with them to find out i cant get free shipping, waited another 2 weeks, had to pay additional for shipping, waited another week to be told they had no stock, waited another 2 weeks and then was told they wont deliver. Still waiting for a refund. Waiting to find out if they will refund the international transaction fees also
