First order didn’t arrive so you resent order and it came quickly. Thank you. Then the original order arrived yesterday…took month. Yarn nice. Price was good. Color as seen on monitor was accurate.

I've ordered from rito 3 times, the first two times were great, my order was correct, prices were great. The third time was a different story. The first shipment only came with about half my order, there we 20 skeins of yarn missing, that's a huge error that seems like it shouldn't have been overlooked. So i contacted customer service and told them, they said immediately they'd fix it and send the rest of my order. When the missing items came, there was still one skein missing, so I had to contact them AGAIN to ship the missing skein. The customer service is good because they are fixing the issues but that's just a bit ridiculous to get my order wrong twice. This has made me really wonder if shopping here is really worth it.

Simple to order. Great prices. Great tracking system for oversea delivery.

The yarn is of highest quality, the service outstanding and international delivery to the US is fast and smooth. As a returning customer with more than one order, I'm very satisfied. Great company!

Yarn arrived quickly, reasonably priced, customs and tarrifs seemd more proportionate than Hobbii.

I would like to see more yarn brands introduced, such as Isager and Sandnes Garn.

Everything was great except the smell of this shipment…the yarn arrived smelling like fertilizer. This never happened before so I don’t know why but washing yarn before using a project is not convenient for that type of yarn so I’m hoping it will go away when I air them out several days.

This was my first time shopping at Rito and my experience was a good one. I wasn’t sure of how long delivery would take but was pleasantly surprised that my items came early and was neatly packed. I also loved the quality of everything I got. I will be back for more

rito has great deals on yarn and i appreciate the transparency of import fees as a US customer. there’s a little bit of a shipping wait time because they’re imports, but it’s never been too long and it’s always been worth the wait.

arrived on time as promised. yarn is as described. great quality for the price. very happy to buy from Rito. I can often find yarns that are not available at other online sellers.

Pretty disappointed as I have not received my order. It left Denmark on Feb 26 and after waiting 2 weeks I was informed the parcel was lost and has been resent. The tracking number I was given would not work.

I know that Rito .com is a good company and I have used them before but frustrated that my parcel did not arrive as I needed it for rent orders.

The shipping was delayed a bit but the fact of the notifications regarding this being timely and so courteous made the experience a non-issue.
Also, the care taken with the packaging showed the care of the staff for their products!
Finally, the wool sent was top-of-the-line! So, for me it was a win-win-win effort! Thank you.

Always love the yarns I get from here! It takes a couple weeks to arrive but it is across the world from me. Definitely will keep ordering more.

Item was as expected and delivery was prompt.

Had multiple missing items in several separate orders. Customer service then takes multiple days between each response and takes forever to get shipped out. While it was resolved, it’s extremely frustrating and worrisome that there is such little attention paid to orders.

I love the yarn.
The package was popped open somewhere between the warehouse and my mailbox. There was a ball of yarn missing and a couple inside were dirty. My guess was the postal service popped and dropped the package and yarn. Rita.com said they were going to send me a replacement for the lost yarn. I'm waiting for it as it is in transit. Thanks!
