Website is easy to navigate. Prices are reasonable, especially when products are on sale. Good quality products.
I have ordered twice from here. The items arrived at the estimated time.
The only problem with the delivery is the packaging. The items are placed directly into the bag without any protection. By the time the parcel arrived at my home in the USA there were many holes exposing the yarn to the element. This happened both the times I ordered from this site. Thankfully there was no damage and no items lost. I would be more inclined to order in future if they improved their packaging for overseas delivery.

As always, prompt reliable delivery. The yarn is beautiful I'm so pleased.

My last review of Rito wasn’t too good but I they were responsive and took care of my issue. I was really happy and made new order. This time they improved the packaging and my order arrived intact. Shipping still take a bit longer than expected though, but I could understand it’s hard to control.

Easy to place order. Rito stayed in contact during the purchase and after I received my items. I received my order within a week or less. Very pleased with the service of Rito.

Amazing prices and love the DROPS yarn. It's an easy to navigate site, excellent customer service with agent from Denmark regarding an error in my address. Got product within two weeks.

Great experience and was very happy with my order. This is my second time ordering from this shop and have had great yarn delivered both times. This time ordering the yarn didn't take near as long in customs and came within 2 weeks. Love the yarn and am very happy with the pricing and quality. The projects I have made with the yarn are great and absolutely adorable. Will be ordering from here again!!!

Received kit that was supposed to be embroidery,described that way,and it was crosstich.Ritto would not pay for return postage.I believe false marketing.Had a very hard time getting them to respond to emails. Very disappointed,would not order again.

I have yet to receive this shipment. I’ve communicated multiple times with customer service and no resolution has been offered nor executed. Bad experience. I am out money and time and don’t have yarn.

Rito chooses to use USPS to ship their products to USA customers. My order went from Denmark to California before arriving apparently somewhere back close to Miami where I live. Been over 3 weeks since ordered and most like I will never receive my yarn. I will not purchase from them again unless they stop using USPS. It’s the worst carrier to use.

They responded quickly to my order question as I ran out of yarn in a specific lot. They did not have any more of that particular lot, but the yarn ended up matching anyway! Speedy and high quality service. This was my second time ordering yarn with Rito and I will certainly be ordering again in the future.

The book I received was in Dutch instead of English. The posting did not show that it was in anything but English.

My items came quickly and are exactly what I ordered!
