It was stated it would be a 4-6 business day delivery and it was shipped 12/11/2025. It has been stopped in customs with no delivery estimate since 12/16/2025.

Fast shipping, good yarn selection

Ordered this on Dec 18th. Received your review notification but have not received my order. No communication with the company after initial order confirmation.

Made the Sailor Slippers and loved the color options at Rito. Easy to order. Arrived quite promptly in the USA.

My item has been held in customs for ten days. I realize that this is out of Rito’s hands; however, it would be appreciated if they provided a note that this sort of things may happen and therefore impact shipping times.

I ordered yarn for my daughter for a birthday gift. Not the best time of year for a birthday present order from Europe to California but the package was delivered within 10 days. She was ecstatic 🤩
The yarn itself is beautiful. I told her that she could look anywhere in the world for yarn in the color she wanted and I would get it for her. She wanted a very dark green yarn to knit a sweater and she found it. Thank you so much for an excellent yarn and service.

Your product is excellent but I think your shipping company could have done a better job. The bag had a tear in it.

I was skeptical at first about ordering, but read a lot of positive reviews, so I took a chance. Your prices are about 1/2 of what others are charging, so I went ahead. Ordering was easy and you state that shipping is usually 6-8 days, but I had read that many times, shipments were held up in customs, so I wasn’t surprise when I saw the “stop” on my tracking and it said arrival day was undetermined. The next thing I knew, my package was here and I was able to start my project. I love the yarn and will definitely order from you again! Great experience, great price and great product!

Everything was received as expected. Great quality, fast shipping (as fast as it could be from another country) but highly recommend. Great prices, great quality, would order from them again.
