Good Product, Prices & Service

Good product, prices & customer service. My package actually arrived damaged and 2 balls were missing. I contacted customer service and they were able to credit me - and pay shipping. I'm currently knitting with the purchase - beautiful yarn!

Awful customer service

I still have a pending charge on my credit card from January 4, 2026 despite my order not going through. Customer service is extremely slow (4 days to answer) and did not address the pending charge, just asked if I tried to place my order on a phone or laptop. Extremely frustrating and issue still has not been resolved.

great wool yarn. better prices.

the order came complete. that matters when you have a sweater planned out. you don't want to get shorted. also the wool yarn was nice to work with and I used a pattern that rito supplied for free spe cific to the yarn. I am just finishing up the sweater. Im telling everyone about Rito.

Website was easy to use

Website was easy to use. Yarn colors and descriptions were true and detailed. Placed 2 orders one arrived quickly the other one I have not received it seems to be on holiday in a USPS warehouse in Miami. Hoping it is found soon!

My yarn was delivered only in a mailer

My yarn was delivered only in a mailer, which was open when it arrived. The yarn was completely exposed and could have fallen out or been stained. It also took a while because it was stopped at customs, which is out of your control. I would recommend better packaging though.

Perfect place to get yarn

Everything went well. Starting with the quality of yarn 100% perfect. Looks and feels exactly as expected and advertised. The delivery arrived fast.

Lowest prices for Drops yarns ordering from Los Angeles

I order from USA because Rito offers the lowest prices for drops yarns, which is what I primarily purchase. Even with high tariff and shipping costs, it still costs less than any US/UK e-comm retailer. The only drawback is that shipping takes about 10 days; 4-5 days from the date they claim to ship and another 5 days to clear customs and local post office delivery into Los Angeles. I used to buy from Lindehobby, also based in Denmark, which somehow only takes 3-4 days total shipping. So it's a bit frustrating that shipping takes twice as long from Rito. Another frustration is they don't accept American Express, so I have to pay through paypal, which charges another fee on top of tariff and high shipping costs, which together end up adding about 25-30% to order totals.

Missing more than half my order

I understand that longer shipping times and customs delays are out of Rito’s control, and I was patient with that. What I’m really disappointed about is that after waiting weeks and being so excited to finally open my package and start the Cloud and Olga sweaters, I realized that more than half of my yarn was missing. I only received 15 out of the 34 skeins I ordered. I emailed about the missing items and still haven’t heard back. Overall, this has been really frustrating and disappointing :(
