Ritual Labs - Happy Liver Reviews 

I sent back my initial order and was told I would be refunded. I received confirmation of my refund, but still have not received the refund. In addition, I confirmed that I had no subscriptions or recurring charges, but was still charged $94.94. I was told it would be refunded and that it was their mistake, but now they are saying I have to wait until the order (that I did not order) arrives and I have to return it before I can receive a refund!

I ordered the Happy Liver supplement from Ritual Labs and took advantage of the promotions to order extra, at least 6 months worth, thinking I would give it a decent trial. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the order, and my credit card was charged $144.98. To date, I haven't received the order and have tried twice to get a reply from them via email. They direct you to an app called Shop to ostensibly track your order and I don't see any information on that app. I am now thinking that this is a scam and I don't recommend anyone purchase from this company. I only hope that my credit card company can refund the money.

Unfortunately I was unable to use the pills, so this isn't about them. This is about my experience once I made my return/refund request.
Someone responded quickly to my initial email, and stated that I wouldn't need to ship them back. However I was unable to use their Shop website to file the return because it couldn't find my order. When I mentioned this to the support person they said not to worry and they'd take care of it on their end. I asked for a confirmation of the return, but they did not respond.
It's been nearly two weeks now and I've reached out to them four times for a confirmation and only once getting a reply saying they had to forward the information to the US office and it would take them 24 hours to reply. Well, 24 hours passed and nothing. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company and will never purchase anything from them again.

This company is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!

This is such a scam. I did not receive the benefits expected so I cancelled but the second order was delivered so I have been trying to get a refund and return instructions but all I get is an automated customer service response. I follow the return link and it shows that I'll only get half of the money back and no answer when I ask why.

I was asked to rate my experience with Happy Liver, but I didn’t start taking it immediately when I received it. I replied to the email that I had not yet finished my first bottle and didn’t think I should rate it yet. I received a response almost immediately (same with two other emailed questions) and they understood and ask if I would keep them up on how it’s going. Even reminded me of their return policy if I wasn’t satisfied with the product. That’s great customer support!

Ordering was simple and shipping was fairly quick.

The shipping time was reasonable and I’m noticing a difference with my body since I started the liver supplement.

Does not even deserve one star. Ordered it a month ago and it still has not shipped from their facility. They have no phone number to reach out to and their email is an AI chat bot. I know this because they kept giving the same responses without directly answering my question. THEY DON’T HAVE A REAL PERSON HELPING YOU! It would not allow me to cancel my order, even though it still had not been fulfilled when you go online to track your order it comes up as order, not found even though I had an order number and it hadn’t shipped yet this company is a sham! Here is one of the 8 emails I received after asking for a month where my order was and why wasn’t it showing up on tracking that it had been shipped their excuse… It’s processed and in the queue yet no tracking information. First they tell me it has been shipped and they can’t cancel it then they tell me that it has not been shipped and then they say it’s in the queue and they can’t cancel it. They can’t get their facts straight.Why on earth does it take nearly a month to even get an order shipped and why don’t they have a phone number and why don’t they have a real person responding to their emails? I asked for his phone number and was not given one by the chat bot.

“Hi XXXXXX, Sara here. I am so sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused. I have looked into order #93537 again, and I need to apologize—you are right, it has not left our facility yet, despite the previous information you were given. I am very sorry for that error.

Because this order is older, it is already locked into our fulfillment queue, which means I am unable to cancel it now. I know that is not the answer you were looking for. If you would still like to return it once it arrives, just let me know and I will personally walk you through an easy return process so you can get a refund back to your original payment method.

I truly understand how upsetting this experience has been, and I am here to help you get this resolved as soon as it arrives. Thanks”

Tonight. 07/15/2026, My credit card was hit with an unauthorized $94.94. In July I paid $74.00 Plus for my only order of Happy liver. I am taking those now. If this $94.94 charge is not immediately removed I am also returning the Original order for a full refund. I do not put up with this poop.

Do not order from this company. I never signed up for a subscription but they continue to ship and charge me for their product. I confirmed by email to their customer service that I did not have a subscription and month ago and just now received a notice of upcoming delivery. Shameful business!

Immediate response to an email. Willing to help take care of the issue.

Stay far far away from this company. You'll just frustrate yourself. Horrible service. They fill your order without authority and when you catch them on the same day to cancel it, they tell you they can't. But they do tell you you can return it when you get it for a refund. What they don't tell you is that when you're right them after you get it, ask him for the refund. They send you a link that makes you pay for the shipping and they only refund like 2/3 of the price. And then you write them everyday and never hear from them again. I sure wish I went to trust pilot before I ordered. I usually do but I was just diagnosed with high LDL and I saw them on Facebook and shame on me. Please learn from my mistake.

If I could give a negative rating I would...I have tried this product and highly recommend you DO NOT USE IT! I do not take any medications for any illness. I do have NAFLD. I am desperate for a cure other than prescription meds. I thought this was the answer for me. I ordered it on a special, buy one get one free. It took almost three weeks to get my order since it was ship from China. They don’t tell you this when you order. Just days after I got my order they shipped the next bottle. I immediately cancelled the order and subscription until I had tried the product for at least a month. It seemed to work after the first month I had noticed less swelling in my abdomen and I may have lost a few ounces. I started the 2nd month and found that my mushy poop and foul smell was worse than ever. I was afraid to leave the house. It went from mushy to severe diarrhea (explosive at times). I thought I had Cyclospora, the virus circling the US that causes severe diarrhea. I stopped different things daily such as my protein shakes, beets and all dairy. I finally stopped the pills and the mushy poop stopped. I did some research and believe that these pills contain a form of laxative which makes food pass through your small intestines before it has a chance to be absorbed into the body. This explains the mushy poop, foul smell and small weight loss. Basically, you are dying from malabsorption, a gastrological disease. By trying to cure NAFLD, these pills gave me something much worse.
If any one knows of a class action lawsuit against this company, please let me know. I am willing to participate. If you are using these pills STOP!! I will be throwing away the third bottle a waste of $40.00. I don’t believe it’s worth the hassle of trying to get my money back. I read on this website that many people got frustrated trying. It’s not worth my time and investing more money to ship their crap back to them!.

Happy Liver has helped my husband's eczema. I had seen others recommend it on social media pages I am on and decided to try it out. We were already taking pro-biotics but this seemed to be the extra "kick" he needed to heal.
