We needed a RICS 3 Survey done very quickly as we had been let down by another surveyor. River Crest Surveyors were extremely helpful in organising a date that suited us. The whole process was very simple and efficient. The survey was extremely thorough and the surveyor called for a detailed walkthrough the day after, plus the report was sent very quickly. The surveyor was really helpful in answering further questions, even after the report had been with us for a few days. I would highly recommend River Crest Surveyors. I got a follow up email with a helpful movers checklist and other advice for moving. Excellent experience.

We used Nitin and River Crest Surveyors for a level 3 survey on our new home in June '25. They liased with the estate agent to get access to the property and turned up as expected. I had a phonecall from the surveyor (Nitin) to see if there was anything specific I wanted investigated. When Nitin had almost completed the survey, he gave my husband and I a call to discuss his findings. This was amazing, as I've never been in the position before to have a conversation with the person surveying the property and it was a really really valuable part of the process for us. We were on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes. He said that he'd try and get the drone up to investigate the gutters more thoroughly which was a service we hadn't paid for. We had a draft report in our inbox 5 days later (which included a weekend - so only 3 working days later) and then the final report dropped in 9 working days after his inspection. The final report included loads of added information that I've never seen in a survey before like soil types and surface water flood mapping. And countless photos including some fantastic drone footage. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending River Crest for anyone wanting a Level 3 comprehensive survey. A great price for a great service.

We received a phone call from Nitin to inform us the results of the survey at the day he finished the survey. A comprehensive survey report was issued by the next day. Nitin also spent time going through the report with us and he was so kind and patient to explain the findings and answer all our questions. I made an offer on a large property which looked like it had a complicated history. I wanted a thorough Level 3 survey by experienced surveyors, and was happy to pay more than the very minimum to ensure I had a quality survey, given the cost of the property. River Crest Surveyors was in a sweet spot - experienced surveyors guaranteed and a competitive price against companies offering that. The survey was done promptly after my request, and the documentation I received was professional and comprehensive, giving a lot of specific detail about the property that I was buying, rather than generic information. As a result, I was able to make an informed decision about the work needed on the property I was buying, to know if I was making a sound decision. After reading the pack, Nitin was very generous with his time, and spent around 3.5 hours talking through the detail of the report with me on the phone (I had a lot of questions!), despite him having a very bad cough. In my opinion, that shows real dedication to providing a top service! Nitin was also able to point me in the direction of people who can help me to remediate the findings of the survey, so I will at least have a benchmark for any tradesmen I chose to use. Based on all these factors, I can highly recommend River Crest Surveyors.
