Do not buy from this company. Ordered cushions on 1st April and still haven't received them, refusing to give me a refund and communication is practly non existent from the business owner! She says she's started a new job so isn't running the shop anymore and yet the website is still live taking people's money! Complete scam.

I'm so happy I found this shop! I've ordered a few items over the past few months and I'm so pleased with all of them. My recent purchase being the set of 3 stacking glass jars. The woman who runs the shop is lovely and always responds in good time to any queries I have. Recommended to friends and family especially for gifts.

This time I bought a lovely woven throw, some more glass containers with wooden tops and a speckled vase. All beautiful quality!
Brilliant customer service from the lady that owns the business - I asked for a delayed dispatch as I was going on holiday.
Will definitely be back to buy even more.

Just buy from a normal shop that is not a drop shipping company- paid money for a desk over 10 weeks ago and no desk received, obviously (been over 10 weeks since the order date, was told it takes 8 weeks for the item to arrive) & my messages are being ignored. Scammers : ) pathetic really, as the website looks cute, but that's about it!

I’ve purchased from this company twice now, each time I’ve had a wonderful experience. Delivery has been fast and both products have been amazing. The woman who owns the business is always happy to help with any questions. The cushion and throw I purchased here are far better than expected and look gorgeous in my home. Will definitely be returning to buy more in the near future!

Avoid at all cost. The lady who runs the business have no idea what she is doing. I returned my items because they did not suit my living room and she reply saying that she didn't have enough money in the account to refund me because my purchase was too big (£127)! If you can't refund that than its time to close the doors. She took ages to reply to my email and was very rude about it. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent first time experience with River & Ivy! A great selection of well-made cushions that match my spare bedroom design perfectly. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitly be back when the house needs a refresh.

So happy that I discovered this fabulous retailer. They sell bohemian style home/garden decor & soft furnishings, which I love. I had to exercise great willpower (which is very hard for me!) to prevent me from ordering a massive home haul, with so many gorgeous pieces to choose from, this was a hard task. For months I had been searching for a round raffia cushion to be used as a seat pad for my peacock chair. I found this exact cushion at River & Ivy. Their website is very easy use & is aesthetically very beautiful. Variety of choice is amazing. Checkout process was simple, with various methods of payments on offer. Delivery was quick & packaged very well. Communication throughout was fab. Pricing very competitive. I know for sure that I will be purchasing lots of lovely pieces from Ricer & Ivy, for my new home. Not only do they have a website, but they also have an online shop via Etsy. I would highly recommend this retailer. Everything about them is 5*
