Quick efficient service. I was informed at every step what was happening with my order and it arrived very quickly after it was completed. The hedgehog feeders are beautifully made and do the job perfectly.

Easy assembly even for OAPs
Only downside was DHL carriers…as information sent re delivery was incorrect and it took 2 extra days to arrive. One box damaged and open ,fortunately all pieces there.

Don't confuse this bird table with the ones you find in your garden centre. It's well made, solid and should last for many years.

Riverside Woodcraft was a great company to deal with.

The bird table was really good quality just as they advertised, though we found the instructions weren't clear on some of the parts needing to be a certain way.

Our only other gripe was the fact that the nut feeder was a tad too small, there was easily enough space to double it's size.

Bird table/Feeding station is of really good, Solid construction, much superior to some of the cheaper products around. Company kept me up to date on build slot and dispatch, good customer service with a human, when contacting them. Which is encouraging in todays "Tech" world
The delivery company was disappointing, as delivered product on two separate deliveries, despite it being packaged as box one of two etc. However this was in the lead up to Christmas, so benefit of doubt due to volume of parcels to be delivered!

Well made bird table but quite difficult to put together when it arrived

Great Quality house & good size. I asked if possible to increase opening to 13cm from 13cm as I sometimes have large hoggs which they obliged.
Night 2 a hogg visited the house, fingers crossed decides its where to hibernate or sleep

My Hog house has arrived and what a beautifully crafted and sturdy thing it is. I loved that you were kept informed throughout, waiting for a build space, allocated a build space and then the order out for delivery. Thank you.
My Hog House is now installed in the garden waiting hopefully, for one of the Hogs to take residence.
