Very good service from this company, which was quick and efficient. They also put in a free thank you gift with the worming stuff of some free cat food tubes which my cat loved.

I had some trouble ordering my dogs prescription so used the chat option to ask for help. Nicola was brilliant. Helped me through the process immediately and then emailing afterwards to solve a further queries before I knew there was an issue. It went through smoothly and my order was delivered in a couple of days with some treats thrown in. Absolutely one of the best online buying experiences I've had.

We ordered from The Vet Superstore when we'd been let down by another business and needed some Supreme Recovery Sachets urgently for one of the rescue rabbits in our care.
Our order was despatched quickly and the communication was excellent.
We would order from this business again.

Absolutely incredible service. I placed an order for a controlled drug at around 3.30pm on a Thursday. The prescription was delayed in getting to me and because it's a controlled drug I figured we'd get the order the following week at some point. This did leave us without meds over the weekend, but after looking for assistance previously from another pharmacy when I was in a similar situation and getting absolutely no help, I decided we'd just have to wait. I received an unexpected email from Nicola at Vet Superstore at 5.30pm to say that because it's a controlled drug it may take a little longer to dispense and did we currently have enough tablets to wait. I told her we were about to run out and she said she'd see what she could do. Low and behold, soon after I received an email from DPD saying they had the parcel and it would be delivered the following day! Honestly outstanding service and so rarely seen these days - I'll not use any other pharmacy now, customer care is above and beyond any expectations I had! As an added bonus, the cost of the drugs was one of the cheapest I could find.
