Absolutely incredible customer service from this company. I've just placed my first order and was so impressed with the communication and the updates received. I also really appreciated the little touches with the order itself i.e. the fact it came with a little "thank you" pouch with some freebies, plus the cute stickers on the packaging itself. What an amazing company.

I won’t lie. My pet dog had just been prescribed some new meds and like most people i went through my vet for the first batch and then sourced them at a more reasonable price elsewhere after. This place came up with the best prices so a great start there.

I had a few questions before completing my order and when i was presented with the dreaded chat pop up i feared the worst that it would be an automated bot of absolutely no use which we are all now used to. But no, it was an actual human being. Better than that it was an actual human who answered my questions easily and was really knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was shocked 😆.

I went ahead with the order and got a personal email from Nicola there and not the usual automated order confirmation and within 2 days the meds arrived complete with some free healthy treats for my dog which she loves.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Nicola and let you know that I think this is the best customer service that I have ever had. You guys are doing an amazing job!
