Excellent service.
I ordered some prescription medicine for my cat and received an immediate response from Nicola.
After exchanging a couple of chatty emails she confirmed the order was sorted. Sure enough, the order arrived well packed with a personalized note and even including some complimentary cat treats.
Ordered 5pm Tuesday, arrived 11am Thursday.
This is was the quality of service we always hope for but rarely experience.

Brilliant customer service. A quick email to say thanks for the order and to check I'd ordered the correct product. Guess what? I hadn't! Nicola changed the order for no extra charge, and she also noticed that I hadn't received my new customer discount which she also applied. It was an easy process. I received confirmation of my order within minutes of my purchase, despatched the next morning. I had regular updates and my order was delivered to my door less than 36 hours later. Well wrapped and including a paper invoice. Very impressed with this company... I will definitely purchase from them again... highly recommend !

First time using The Vet Superstore and won’t be my last. Firstly they were the best on price, Nicola was excellent with communication and information, she sorted out the postage which arrived promptly the following day other company’s I usually have to wait 2/3.
