Purchased a my car from with Riviera with the help of Billy who was very polite and helpful throughout.

I sold my Jeep to RA yesterday. I had a hassle free experience with these gentlemen. Excellent dealings with Riz the buyer and John the assessor.

John is an expert at his craft and was carrying out his work with a lot of care and teaching me a few things on what to look out for my next purchase.

Sold my Jaguar to Riviera Automotive via Motorway. The whole process was smooth, good communication from Riz their buyer to keep me informed of events and arrangements for collection. I collected John the assessor from the local train station and he test drove the car back to my home. He was very polite, relaxed gentlemen and very fair in appraising my car. I had disclosed the scuffs to the alloys as part of the sale so with this exception the vehicle was deemed to be in superb condition. Payment was promptly made directly to my bank account by Riviera, the V5, keys and all associated paperwork was handed over and then John took the car away. Easy, stress free transaction.

As soon as you call or enter the establishment, the front desk staff are approachable and eager to assist where possible. During the discussion of purchasing, I was dealt with by Chris, who I would consider a value to the business. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and remarkably helpful during the entire process. I had no unanswered questions nor any issues not promptly solved. I would happily recommend this business to anyone seeking a smooth and pressure-free experience when purchasing a vehicle - 10/10.

A formal purchase had been agreed on a vehicle in writing and a reservation deposit paid. I was advised 5 days later after I had been repeatedly chasing for an update on delivery, that the vehicle had been sold to somebody else

Collect a car from Riviera automotive today 20/08/25. Found the car through their website and got in touch with billy .The car was in pristine condition and I am very happy with the purchase .. billy handled everything through WhatsApp and kept me up to date with any information that I needed .. I would definitely buy a vehicle from this company again .. it was worth the 220 mile trip .. thankyou so much billy for sorting everything out ..

Riviera Automotive Bid for my Jaguar F-Type on Motorway. Communication was excellent and within a week the transaction was complete. John came to assess the car. He was competent, honest and genuine. We agree and completed the deal inside an hour and the transaction was smooth and confirmed quickly - highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish. A very modern day approach to car sales, no pushy sales tactics just provide the information required in order to make an educated decision. Billy was very good and always contacted me once he had the information requested. There was a slight cosmetic issue upon collection but this was put right immediately with no issues at all. Great company and really happy with my new car 👌🏻

Absolutely shocking! Couldn’t be more disappointed I got treated like a nobody . Judged based on my appearance … theirs and liars . Cowboys at best would not buy here at all be warned !!!!

This is our first time dealing with Riviera, having seen the Jaguar E Pace we were after on their website. Billy who handled our part exchange and purchase was friendly, polite and so easy to deal with right from first meeting. The sale went through so smoothly with no hassle, and Billy kept contact between agreeing to buy and collecting the car. We found Riviera Automotive to be a professional company and couldn’t fault our experience of buying from them.

I bought a 2023 Audi TT. I felt the price was reasonable; the car is low-mileage and in excellent condition.

Billy and Scott and the team are top guys. Sorted my car out, gave me a fair deal on my part ex and the paperwork was spot on.

I urge people reading this not to buy or sell with this company. Looking at the good reviews, many ‘customers’ only have a few total google reviews. I wouldn’t be surprised if they aren’t all real. Because my experience has been horrendous – they bought my car from Motorway, with zero communication to me at all for 7-8 days, even though I chased several times. Then excuse after excuse. I had a lot more to say, but don’t need to. If someone is silly enough to deal with them, well I cant help that. I would avoid like the plague. I have written to Motorways CEO to ask them to be removed from Motorway as it will damage their brand. I wasted 2 weeks dealing with excuses and suggest you stay away and buy elsewhere.

Was Seamless from start to finish, everything went as smooth as it could from part ex-ing to driving away.
