Happy with service, sold my X5 through Motorway. Offered top price (trade) and collected car from Scotland following day once new VC5 came through as I kept private plate. All in it took only 7 days from bid price through Motorway to car being paid for and collected. Their assessor John was a top guy, friendly, good knowledge and made fair assessment on my car. John did point out a couple of tiny things I had missed on front bumper and a tire. We agreed a small discount of £350 from the original price of over £44K which was a reasonable outcome. Overall happy with service and I would highly recommend you ask for John to do your assessment and collection, the guy is one of those few individuals you come across in life that are a pleasure to deal with.

I sold my Panamera GTS through CarWow to Riviera Automative. Their buying manager was courteous and professional (Riz) and their vehicle assessor and collector (John) the same also. They did pick up a few knicks that needed repairing and the final selling price was reduced as a result. But they were fair and reasonable and I didn't feel any pressure to rush the sale. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I have now sold 3 vehicles via Riviera. On each occasion we agreed a price for each vehicle. Each underwent an interior and exterior detail. The BMW had a few minor dents removed and the alloys refurbished. It looked fantastic and as a result it sold within a few days for more than I purchased it for! The Ford sold within hours of being advertised.
Riviera refused a few offers for the Bentley as they did not reach either their or my valuation. When the sale price was agreed the car was then sold for the original agreed price.
One of the benefits of using their service is that they professionally prepare each car and provide guidance as to it's current market value. They can also offer a purchaser finance and a warranty both of which were required in the case of the Bentley.
I have owned in excess of 70 cars in my lifetime and have always sold them myself,but Riviera took away all of the hassle of doing it oneself. Whilst they do charge a commission it is a lot less than their competitors but this includes preparing the car and advertising it.
Riviera provided a first class professional service at a competitive price. I have no hesitation in recommending them and shall certainly use their services when next I need to sell my car.

Bought a car through John, really responsive and super helpful. He even set up my phone and seat so I didn’t need to that myself. Can’t wait to drive my new car!

Just sold my 911 to Riviera motors via Motorway. Friendly company to deal with, especially John who was the assessor who came to pick up the car. He pointed out a few paint chips I hadn’t noticed when I photographed the car, but was very reasonable and I felt like we came to a fair agreement on the spot and I was still happy with the overall price they paid.
