Just sold my wife’s Jeep to Riviera Automotive. Agreed the deal with Riz and it was a very straightforward process. No stress just an honest discussion as to what they could pay and what I would accept. The next step was for John - ‘The Assessor’ to come and inspect the car and finalise all the details. The first impression of John is he’s a nice guy, very professional and knows what he is looking for. He was thorough and complimentary. My wife’s Jeep is immaculate and fair to John he realised this and although he went about his business he never tried to ‘invent’ any issues. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Riz then transferred the agreed amount to our bank account before John then drove off. It was a painless experience and certainly would do business with Riviera again. A nice touch was John sent a message in the evening so say the Jeep had been flawless on the drive back to Bradford. He’s a great ambassador for Riviera.

The team at Riviera were fantastic throughout the process of buying out Audi A8. Jon the salesperson was great and answered all our questions regarding the car and made the whole process go very smoothly and efficiently. Our car was delivered by John the vehicle assessor who delivered the car perfectly and did a wonderful job. Overall highly recommend the team at Riviera and would definitely buy again.

Sold my car to Riz via CarWow. A very smooth service from start to finish. John cam down from Bradford to pick up the car at almost 6pm on a cold, December Saturday evening. He was a gentleman and was very fair about the marks his eagle eye spotted on my car. Thanks to all concerned and I would go as far as to say I hope to buy something to replace my car from them someday soon.

I sold my 330e to Riviera Automotive through Motorway. To say the transaction was smooh would be an understatement. From Riviera winning the car on the Tuesday, Riz arranging for collection on the Friday, the process was simple. John the vehicle assessor came out on the Friday to appraise the car. Chris was excellent - as were all the team at Riviera. I have never had so many people come to me and ask if they could help ... not in a pushy sales sort of way - just checking we were being looked after. When we started to look at a vehicle there was no hard sell either. Such a refreshing approach compared with other independent dealers who provide similar high-end vehicles. We just sold our Grenadier through Motorway to Riviera Automotives. They made the process extremely easy. John was the assessor who travelled down to inspect and take the car. He was super professional, very knowledgeable, clear and thorough. He explained every step in the process and where there were a few marks / chips not on our original comms, he offered a very fair deduction The payment came through within minutes and the entire meeting, inspection and handover took less than an hour start to finish. Would recommend and will definitely use again if selling another car in the same way.

John was an absolute pleasure to deal with.. Very professional, thorough and an all round nice guy.. There were a few additional stone chips on the bonnet which I hadn’t noticed but John was very fair in negotiations on a final price for my car. Once agreed the payment was extremely fast with payment made to my account immediately and prior to John driving away. I Would definitely recommend John and Riviera to anyone looking to sell/buy a new car.

I recently sold my car through Carwow to Riviera Automotive Ltd, and I had the pleasure of dealing with John. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was very professional and accommodating — they even arranged an earlier collection due to my work commitments.

John came to my house to inspect the car; he was honest, polite, and highly professional. The process was smooth and transparent — they transferred the settlement amount directly to the finance company immediately and completed the DVLA ownership transfer online without delay.

Overall, I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I would highly recommend Riviera Automotive Ltd to anyone looking to sell or buy a car with confidence.

I had John come and appraise my car on behalf of Riviera — what a top guy! We had a laugh from start to finish. He was very thorough and knowledgeable (which did work a bit to my disadvantage, but fair’s fair — he’s got a job to do!).

Once the price was agreed, everything was handled swiftly, and payment came through quickly. John even stayed to make sure everything had gone through correctly.

All in all, a really good experience with Riviera — professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend.
