Unimpressed; mediocre at best!

I am unimpressed with this company. I was originally excited when I saw these cute bikinis. I ordered a small and waited 4 weeks for it to come however, I was okay with waiting (it was still winter where I live). Well the bikini gets delivered while I was out of state and then I didn’t immediately open it because I was unpacking and such. When I finally tried it on the bottom (s) is so small that it barely covered my entire bum. Be aware, if you are not proportionally sized these won’t work for you. I’m small on top but need a larger size on the bottom. One size does not fit all but it appears as though this company is warehouse based so they just pull a size out of their inventory and mail it. So I read the return rules and they’re full of restrictions like a restocking fee and money deducted if you don’t include all the packaging. It came in a small plastic bag which I threw away because it’s trash! So I decided to write and request a code to buy a new bathing suit for half off. They state someone will contact you in 5 days. No one contacted me for more than 10 days and then “Kate” reminded me that I was past the 10 day return period (by 1 day mind you) which was irrelevant because I wasn’t asking for a return. She did provide a code to get a 50 % discount to buy a bigger size but now I had to pay $27 for shipping because my vacation is in 2 weeks. All in all I paid almost $70 for a 2 piece bikini. There are cute bikinis everywhere. And a side note for this company, if you’re gonna be such a stickler for the 10 day return time frame, you should probably hold yourselves accountable for your 5 day customer service contact rule. Consistency is key for this consumer. I’ll never buy here again. Too easy to find bathing suits with different sizes, no shipping costs (certainly not $27) and better return policies!

Do NOT order form this website. I bought 2 bathing suits and they unfortunately did not fit, so I returned both, unworn. They refunded only a portion of 1 bathing suit and have been ignoring my emails asking for a customer service number. Kate keeps sending promo emails and ignoring my emails for the rest of my return! It's totally unfair, and I would not recommend this site to anyone. I originally thought I would get my full return back then place a re-order for a different size, but no. Honestly worst customer service I have every received. No phone number = it's a scam.

Zero Stars

If there was an option to give this company zero stars, I would have. I ordered a bathing suit and it was too small. I looked over their return options prior to ordering and it did in fact state that a refund onto the credit card it was purchased with was acceptable but when I emailed them to ask for a refund they responded by stating that I had to wait for a representative to contact me with info for the return. Three weeks later and about three more emails stating the same thing, I never heard from their representative. I sent a final email expressing my disapproval of their service and they never responded, never heard back from them again. Zero customer service, they are clearly a scam, DO NOT order anything from them.

I had the absolute WORST experience…

I had the absolute WORST experience with Riviera Coco. Their bathing suits fit horribly and I had used the exact measurements to determine my sizing. It took several months to get them to make a return with them only responding every few weeks, and not providing any sort of number I could call to return immediately. I finally got the return information and shipped it, which they only have international locations, so return shipping was expensive. After shipping it, it took ANOTHER 4 months for them to refund my purchase. Which they only refunded $12 out of an $80 order, citing "stains" and then charging me for a free Pareo, which they included and I didn't ask for (and was the worst quality, I would never even use). Their product is the worst quality I've ever seen, and their customer service should give them negative stars. All this said, it's been 7 months and I have spent more money to return the items than the return was even worth. Do not waste your time on this company - cute bathing suits are everywhere.

They are horrendous

They are horrendous - And I really wanted to like this company

The shipping took longer way too long. Only bathing suit come - 3 ordered. Then their support is non-existing and rude.

Good Quality but poor delivery service

The swimsuits are of good quality and fit according to the measurement.It worth pays a little more price for a decent product.
Yet i'm not satisfied with tracking code updates. A wrong/missing code was given, i was not able to track the delivery process and it arrived at the door when there was no one home.
Also there is no free shipping options to Hong Kong even i purchased USD>100, how unfair i must pay express shipping and S.F. express requires extra fee for home delivery. Again without a correct tracking code, i won't be able to contact the local logistic company to change delivery at the store.

No returns or refunds

I ordered 2 suits the end of February and they didn’t arrive until middle of March. One suit you could see through the material and the other on showed most of my rear end. I immediately responded to return them and don’t hear back for over 2 weeks and they are telling me I can’t return or get my money back. Worst service and I would not recommend buying from this company

Disgusting customer care- it has taken over 6 months to try to get a refund and now Paypal is involved. They gave me an address in Canada to return items which were "not collected" and were sent back to me. I then got a 2nd address to return to France. Still no refund. Do not touch this dodgy company

SCAM! BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 2 suits and I received them 35 days after placing the order. The tops were huge and I went online to request a return which is the most ridiculous process I have ever seen. They require that you send them pictures of why you are returning. They will not allow you to exchange for a different size, but will give you a 50% off coupon to buy another size. Of course there is not a phone number to speak to a representative, but you are required to email. Every time I replied to the email regarding the return, I received this message: "Note that opening multiple tickets will slow down the resolution process." 3 tickets were opened during our conversations, shocker. It is hilarious that their website states that they have "easy returns" in actuality they have the most difficult return process. They clearly give you the run around, so the customer eventually gives up trying to receive a refund or exchange.

Reply:
1. My first review was not “late” it stated that it took over a month to receive the merchandise, 35 days.
2. I did request to return the product for a refund and I kept getting generic emails without instructions to ship back.
3. I did send pictures of the suits.
4. I did not change my reason to return, I was simply stating that the bottoms did not have liners b/c I read that I would get charged if I returned the bottoms without liners.

UPDATE:
I returned the suit back for a refund. The company received my suit on April 14th and I still have not heard from their Return Center although I have sent multiple emails.

Here are a couple elements that we need to mention for the sake of completeness:
1. On March 9 you initially left a 1 star review because your parcel was "late", after checking with carrier delivery time was within normal timeframe. It is important to note that you did not take EXPRESS Shipping at checkout. Most orders are received in 4 to 8 days with Express.
2. On March 21 (after receiving all products), you contacted Customer Care saying that the size guide was inaccurate. All our products have very accurate size guides, adjusted for every style. But mistakes can happens, and our store policies are here to protect you. We guarantee quality and sizing so you are covered. Our standard procedure is to ask for a photo evidence of the defect to avoid unnecessary post office costs. We typically reship items FOR FREE if there's any defect.
3. You did not provide any evidence that products were defective ... but we still offered you a 50% discount on the store to purchase another size, without having to return any of the products!
4. On March 26 you revised your initial statement and declared to Customer Care that in fact the rationale for your claim was absent liners. Again our agents were unable to confirm.

Note that we always offer you the option to return products for a refund, via a simple online procedure. As of today, there is not any return request associated with your email (jxxxxxxxx@gmail.com).

Worst experience ever

Ordered 3 b suits a month ago and never got tracking number. Tried to contact customer care for the entire week and nobody got back to me. My card has been charged. Awful awful service. I am wondering if it s a real company or just a scam. There is no way to contAct them. Please do not buy from Them.
