my necklace came in great condition and packaging. i love the necklace and it doesn't change colour, the only thing i would recommend to the company is to give an option of a longer chain.

It's been almost 1 month since I placed…

It's been almost 1 month since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived.
Also when it arrived I had to pay customs tax although the store already charged me

Second time ordering from this site

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Second time ordering from this site. What was I thinking??? Both times had to email to ask when my order was going to be sent as had no response for weeks after placing my order. On the second order I was sent a Royal Mail tracker that doesn’t exist so god knows where my order is. I assume it was a fake ID just to show they have sent it when clearly they haven’t as the ID doesn’t even exist. This firm has poor customer service. Definitely will not be ordering from them again. You should not have to chase a firm to send your order. Doesn’t take weeks to post your items after placing an order online. Absolutely useless!

Ok, I guess

‘K’ on my initial chain came off a day after I wore it for the first time. The other chains I ordered are ok thus far.

Great items

Great items, can shower with them and they stay the same! Only reason i wont order again is, I live in Europe/ Austria and I hab to pay a lot for customs!! I didnt know that before! But the items are really nice

Bad experience

I've ordered a ring the 13th december and now, after one month, I haven't received it. Customer servire keep ignoring my mail or messages. There is no way to reach them. Really bad experience

No Reply!

I ordered two necklaces on November 18, its now November 26 and I have not received any confirmation email. I have contacted them through email, and instagram and still no reply.

I bought two necklaces here 3 weeks ago and i still diddnt recive them.
I sent them a massage on instagram and i sent them an email but they ignore it.
Worst costumer service.
Dont buy here!

Worst online shopping experience.

This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I made an order back on July 18th and was told I would receive an email once the order was dispatched. I got an email with a Royal Mail tracking number that never worked, so I've been trying to contact them ever since, with no luck. I've tried multiple emails to their costumer support, through their website and even through their instagram, but they just keep ignoring it. I had enough of it so I opened a Paypal dispute, hoping to get my money back.
Take my advice and avoid buying their products. Even if some people had positive experiences, it's safe to say they don't care about their costumers whatsoever.

Unserious and unprofessional website.

Ordered a couple things the 7th of October and got an email the 8th telling me that I will receive shipping confirmation as soon as my order was shipped. The shipping itself was set to 5-14 days, but its now the 25th of October and still haven't heard anything. The contact form on their website isn't working. They are not replying on Facebook, nor Instagram. It's seems impossible to get in contact with their customer service. Scam.
Edit: Not scam, but still had to post this post on trustpilot to achieve their attention. Finally. Still waiting for my order, but I can see it has arrived my country.

The order was dispatched on the 11th of October we have sent both a shipping confirmation and tracking information, the tracking shows that the order should be delivered any day now. We have also replied via Instagram and e-mail.

Extremely extremely bad experience

Extremely extremely bad experience. I made an order and awaited for a dispatch email for days. I never received any correspondence from the company to whom I paid for a product. I emailed them and commented under their Instagram posts (because they could seemingly be active on their socials but not respond to customer emails...), without any reply for days. Then, out of the blue after 4 days of chases they bothered to email me except they informed me that the product I paid for was not in stock which was not shown online and had I not kept emailing, would they have just kept my money without sending me the item?

Still no resolution so I’ve had to open a PayPal dispute against them.

Avoid at all costs. They seem to only care for Instagram influencers but their paying customers, not so much.

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience, after looking into this I can see that yes unfortunately the product was out of stock but as soon as I noticed an order had come through for this product we did email you asking if you would like to exchange for another product or a refund to which you replied refund so I then processed the refund the same day. There is only 1 person working through orders, emails, dm's etc so this was the reason for not noticing this quicker.

I do believe you have also ordered from us before which you had no problems with?

The worst experience ever!!
I bought 2 rings and only got one through the post and even after several emails I wrote to them they never got back to me!!!
Very unprofessional!
& basically took all my money.
Will never buy from them again and definitely not recommending them to anyone !?
