I have used Rmzlaw once for my conveyance and will use them again. I was initially a little concerned at a lack of pro-activity but this was soon sorted and unlike most other solicitors I was able to speak with Zamwa Yunes as and when needed and if unavailable at the time of my call, he always returned my calls the same day.

Successfully completed my house purchase. Communication could have been a little better at first but I think this was in part the sellers solicitors compounding issues. Ehtisham was very helpful throughout and I am very happy with his work.

I appreciate that with the stamp duty holiday solicitors are extremely busy, however, communication could have been a lot better throughout the sale and purchase of my property. At times I struggled to get replies to my calls and emails and was also receiving phone calls from my estate agent saying that they also were experiencing the same communication issues which was frustrating.
Having said this, the last couple of weeks before completion, Zamwa was very responsive and had everything ready to go even when the other solicitors didn’t. To summarise, communication could have been a little better however when it mattered, RMZ law pulled through and got both the purchase and sale over the line.

We were appointed Zamwa from RMZ law. The sale of our house was very stressful but with Zamwa on hand, he made the whole process that bit easier with his knowledge and dedication to his job. Would defiantly use him again.
