Zamwa at RMZ was appointed as our solicitor when we sold our shared ownership property. He was understanding and helpful and even though the process was long and stressful he made it easier to deal with and was really pleasant to deal with. They were good value for money and helped with any question we had. I would use them again.

Due to unfortunate events I had to use separate solicitors for my sale and purchase in my recent move. This gave me a direct comparison of two firms at the same time and I am pleased to say RMZ law and Ehtisham in particular far exceeded the other firm.

If you want to do most the work yourself - go with this firm for conveyancing. They agree in writing to do something, then tell you they forgot and can you do it yourself.
Don't forget to check their statement carefully as it takes several attempts for them to remember what you've already paid them.
Communication was terrible, so many inaccuracies, fortunately I was in touch with the rest of the chain who provided email evidence this.

We used your service to move from Darlington to Northallerton recently. Our experience was rather patchy as our main issue was getting responses from emails and phone calls. This was good during the initial stages back in September and again towards the end February/March. The times we were not contacted was very stressful for us. The other issue was solicitors from our buyers and us liaising with each other left a lot to be desired. We do acknowledge that it is a very busy time especially to beat the stamp duty dead line but it did add to our stress levels. Hope this helps to improve your service.
