Road Buddy Reviews 

I can’t recommend RoadBuddy enough! I got flat tyre in middle of London and I didn’t know what to do…despite some of the reviews I saw I decided to give it a chance and call them. They were very polite, kept me informed and the guy who came to replace the tyre didn’t even take 5 minutes to do it! It did take more than half hour but considering we were in centre of London I can’t complain! Hopefully I won’t need to use them again but if I have to, I won’t hesitate.

Easy booking, fitter arrived promptly and sorted everything in less than 30min.

They were quick and efficient, and I was on the road again within two hours. Will refer friends & family.

The service I received from this company was horrendous, got horrible messages calling me 'cheap people who just take money from the government here'. I put a complaint in to road buddy about this at the time & they have just ignored it. I still have the text messages as proof of what he said to me, wish I could attach a picture to prove it.

Wow the lies just keep on coming don't they from this company. If u have proof of this dashcam footage then you won't mind uploading it & sending it to me as it's completely false. Me & the man at the roadside had no issues whatsoever. It was the man in the office that was sending abusive & racist comments. You reckon that man was sacked for having other similar issues with other customers also & begged me to take this review down so it doesn't affect your business but you completely ignored everything that I presented to you. My bank statements can prove that I paid you as I paid by card for all of it. I hope this review does ruin your business as you clearly have a lack of respect for your customers & people need to know exactly what you are like. If your claims are true then you don't mind a solicitor contacting you for defamation of character because I can prove in the messages that I wasn't rude even when he was being racist & your so called dashcam footage can prove your lieing about that also as I know a million percent that that did not happen. Plus I had emailed you & called you numerous times to sort this out which I can also prove from my call log & sent emails to which I had no reply from you at all. Black mail is hilarious, I said you can refund some money back from all the rude & nasty behaviour from your staff in compensation as you was begging this review to get removed so you won't lose any more money. You will lose a lot more money from this review being here then refunding me some money in compensation. Plus I didn't agree a price with the fitter, that was agreed with the person in the office who was sending racially abusing messages, so seems you have no idea what you are talking about. Plus I didn't call either for a receipt, it was in the messages with the racist.
Edit = 2/9/25 turns out hamza wasn't sacked from the company like they told me on the phone for his racist remarks as he's just confirmed in what's app that he still works fur the company from the same number he msged from before.

I had a puncture in one of my tyres and was stuck on the side of the road, not sure what to do. I called Road Buddy, and they were absolutely amazing from the moment they picked up the phone. They arrived quickly, assessed the issue right away, and had my tyre repaired in no time.

The technician was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. What really impressed me was how calm and efficient they made the whole process — no stress, no hassle.

Had to drive home from work with a flat tyre as it would not inflate ,when i got home the tyre was completely shot,Found RoadBuddy(Chesterfield) on google , gave the number a call and asked for a quote.
The booking process was easy and the gentleman i spoke to was very polite and helpful , within 1 hour as promised the tyre fitter turned up at my home and replaced 2 tyres as requested. He too was polite and very helpful (Thank you Edmir) I carnt praise these guys enough for the high quality service they gave me and all at a reasonable price as far as call out services go . Our car broke down at the beginning of our weekend in England. Luckily, the hotel gave us the Road Buddy contact. The mechanic came very quickly and helped us jump-start our vehicle. Our weekend was saved! Fast, friendly, and professional, we highly recommend them !

Very helpful Everything was done very much to make someone arrive and change the tire in the car because my 3 -year -old daughter was with me and it was very hot despite my holidays and bad location I was given help I recommend it with all my heart

To jump-start service was great for the following reasons: I didn’t have to wait too long for someone to answer my call. Once I paid the half deposit I waited less than 50 mins for the mechanics arrival..he was courteous, polite and gave me useful advice about tge state of my battery!!

I would recommend this company and have already passed on their details to others , absolutely 10/10 service , communication , Amar the engineer was so efficient actually turned up in 15 minutes, was nice to the family and got the tyre replaced and had us back on the road in less then 30 minutes .

Jake was brilliant on the phone. He got us a driver within minutes and we were home very soon afterwards. And very pleased with the brilliant price too. Very good company. Thanks John

Sunday morning and this company rescued my friend after a blow out on the way to a hospital appointment. Communication was great from start to finish.

The best experience I’ve had with a company. I don’t ever leave reviews however I had to as they definitely deserve it. Communication was excellent from the get go. The fitter contacted me before arriving to confirm the battery and ETA, he was fast and friendly got the job done within no time. The price I would say compared to other businesses was extremely reasonable for a stress free fix. Thank you very much

Do not use this company!
I got a flat tyre on Saturday and contacted Roadbuddy to change my tyre. A '20 minutes away' fitter arrived three hours later and didn't have the right equipment to change the tyre. They abandoned the job. I have contacted them to ask for my money back and they say they don't have to as they sent someone. It's also a 'non-refundable deposit'. Seriously!! They have completely failed in providing the service I've paid for and really don't care. My car still sits 25 miles from home with a missing front tyre. Find someone else who can actually change a tyre and don't waste your time with this company.

UPDATE : in response to Road Buddy’s comment, I have supplied details of all booking correspondence between myself and Road Buddy….and still waiting on a response.

Terrible service. I paid for someone to come and tow my car at a specific time and gave 7 hours notice. They agreed to this time slot and took a 60 pounds deposit payment.

Noone turned up to tow my car, I therefore contacted the company and they refused to help me. They said they would look into things and never got back to me. They did not provide me with the drivers number and therefore I was left waiting with my car.

I was supposed to be taking my car to an appointment at webuyanycar but had to cancel the appointment.

An hour and a half later the driver messaged me to say he would be 45 minutes late. I messaged to say the appointment time had been missed now and it was too late.

The company are refusing to pay me back to my deposit even though I did not actually receive a service. The driver had actually informed the service to tell me he would be very very late due to certain circumstances but they did not pass this on.

They have been hard to communicate with and I feel robbed. I advise people to never ever book through this company as they do not care for their customers and have taken my money without delivering or helping in anyway.

An absolute shame.

Called road buddy after sustaining a puncture en route to London Was quoted £480 to replace the tyre on my X6 which is expensive but it was imperative that I reached London that day. I specifically requested a mid range tyre and repeated that I did not want a budget option. The person on the phone confirmed that a mid range tyre would be fitted but in fact it was a budget one which I am not happy with and have been hugely overcharged as a result. Have messaged and emailed but had no response.
Edit: I have since had responses but you claim the extortionate amount was due to my late night call out (it was 10am) An Accelera tyre is a budget tyre with a price tag to match. A rival company quoted me less for a mid range Continental but unfortunately due to my urgent situation I had already paid you thinking you would supply a good quality tyre as requested for £480!
