Car wont start in Plumstead. Searched Google and Road Buddy came up. Contacted RB at 18:20 and was advised that an operative will be with me within 15 - 20 minutes. I would have been ok if they turn up at 1900 but to my surprise, 13 minutes later, theor operative showed up.

Very simple process, super efficient and saved the day!

Tore my tire whilst I was at work and they got me back on the road in a hour. I would definitely recommend them.

Transparent about ETA and cost, was waiting roadside for an urgent replacement tyre and they arrived in about 30 minutes, on a Thursday morning rush hour time. Efficient and not too costly!

Easy to communicate about setting up a road side fix. Clear comms from the mechanic about his progress to get to me. Decent time of arrival- about 45 mins once I’d sent my location. Mechanic had a great attitude, speedy, didnt try to upsell services, just got on with a professional job. Would use again (Hope I don’t have to).

Car battery was flat when I returned home from holiday, I reported it to RAC at 0430 in the morning, was told there would be a 5-8 hour wait. So I went on line found road road buddy, rang them answered some questions, paid deposit, 25minutes later had a phone call telling me he was 5mins away. Car was running 15 mins later. Cannot thank them enough. A1 response time, it’s not like I was in the middle of nowhere, I was in Birmingham airport multi-storey, I will be cancelling my RAC breakdown

From the initial call to Jasmine right through the the arrival and fitting by Hassam - the team at Road Buddy were quick, efficient and provided a very friendly and personable service.

I contacted them about a dead battery in my car. They were very quick in responding and called someone out, who arrived within an hour. The process was really quick and efficient and my car was bar on the road in literally less than 5 minutes. The person who helped me, who I think was called Izat, was super helpful and went out of his way to help me extra. I'm very thankful and will definitely recommend this service!

Hazem arrived promptly to replace my flat battery. He was polite and efficient, recommending I started the car three times to make sure everything was okay. Hazem showed a keen interest in his work, which I find commendable. From the first phone call the Road Buddy team showed a very high standard of professionalism.

Team was straight forward and welcoming over the phone. Called around 3:30AM and they were still able to support.

ETA was 40 arrived on time and was very reassuring to my father when arrived. Tire fitting was smooth and quick and he was able to drive back on the roads again.
