The payment portal is a constant pain in the a$$. I try to use it and it tells me it’s the wrong email every time. Then I call and get hung up on repeatedly. My favorite so far has been going to the payment portal on the 18th of January when my bill was due the 22nd and it not working then calling over and over, mailing a letter asking why I can’t get a person on the phone or the online payment to work. When I emailed I got an automated response the first four times. Finally on February 9th 2024 I get an email so I call and get a live person that doesn’t hang up only to be transferred to a rude guy. Rude guy then tells me that they are going to charge off my account. If you’re not going to provide a consistent way for people to make payments you shouldn’t expect to be paid.

I work with numerous finance companies and Roadrunner is by far the easiest to work with. Ease of application and the speed of replies far exceeds other companies. Agents are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very easy to work with, fast approvals with minimum stips. Fast funding.

Shanice was top notch.
She was informative and detailed in her explanation of what needed to be done to fix my problem.
While going through everything we found out the email I had was no longer valid and part of the reason I wasn’t receiving emails.
She fixed that while we were on the phone. It was excellent customer service and I thank her for her help during this rough time in my life.

My checking account number was incorrect on my account, so it couldn’t draw the payment from my bank. I was on the road to Chicago while trying to get it straight and unable to access the website. Felicia was awesome! She was able to get everything corrected while we were on the phone, so I won’t have to worry about it while I’m away from home. She was very friendly, courteous, and listened to what I needed. I wish I could have this good of an experience with all my creditors.

Fantastic service. Great communication, very understanding when you are a new customer and not used to system. If you have any issues at all I encourage you to explain your situation and they will work with you to help you navigate. I was very frustrated because I was getting a call about my bill but my seller had not sent the paperwork so I didn’t know how to pay my loan. Roadrunner was both patient and kind. They helped me navigate and made me feel very valued. Be patient and kind and you will get it back 100fold.

I called there customer service to make a payment because they don't accept debit card payments anymore. The guy answered the phone and was mumbling so I could barely understand him. After a couple time of saying I can't understand what your saying he just hung up on me.

I have been doing business with Octane/RR for years now and they are always Fantastic. Our rep Diamond Robles is hands down the best! Quick and easy approvals and funding.

My title never arrived.
Address was verified.
Neither did the lien release. I had to hound them for that to be sent.
Explained that the local DMV will not register the bike with only the lien release.
Roadrunner associates said there is nothing else to be done.
They will happily take your money, but don't expect any service in return.

Everyone at Roadrunner Financial is amazing! My Regional sales manager Chris Maynor is one of the best in the industry! Roadrunner provides an excellent purchasing process and the technology is great and up to speed with the current climate! Highly recommend!

We use them all the time. They are great company and my favorite part is it’s super easy to upload the documents for funding.
